…and given that I remain resolutely untempted by this year’s advent calendars so far, I do actually have the money for it.

A few more empties.

Clarins foaming face wash with cottonseed - was part of a gift set I git in sales. sadly I found it quite drying and it left my skin tight. I.do love.their she butter one though but have a nasty feeling they may have discontinued it

NO.7 Moisture surge gel. Part of a GWP. I didn't really find it that moisturising and it was a bit slimy for my liking , shame as I normally like no. 7 stuff

L'occtaine cherry blossom eU de toilette small bottle probably from.advent calendar..I've had this before and always loved it. Fresh, flowery smell. I think I've got another small bottle in stash. May put it on ky Christmas list of anyone asks

Lush dream cream. A staple..Good on everything from shaved legs to sunburn and as a simple body cream. Leaves a lingering smell of lavender too.

Another empty… It’s fine. It’s actually pretty damn good, really. It’s just very boring. It is lovely for when your skin is tight or irritated, but that happens so rarely for me now, I’m not really using it for this. It’s cheap enough that it doesn’t feel like I’m throwing money away when I use it as a scalp massage and pre-wash treatment, and it works VERY well for this too. It smells like nothing, the texture is fine. It’s in the Goldilocks range that isn’t too thick so it feels gross and it isn’t too thin so you need more. I know that unscented products are better in theory, but I just like them better. I miiiiight buy it again, but I think I prefer ye olde rosehip oil just slightly more for face.

A little miffed… I mentioned the other day that I hit the bullet and repurchased the Urban Decay Space Cowboy (all-time fave easy shadow) and Lithium (no 2) eyeshadows? Guess what they announced as “Coming Soon” - literally the day after? Two new palettes, all Moondust formula. “Space Rider” and “Galactic Cowgirl”. I love them, especially the nude (er) one.

I have finally placed an order for some K-beauty!!! Well I hope what I bought is from there! Going to use up as much as my opened stuff as I can before it arrives.

Where did you order it from @Experiment627 ? I order some from YesStyle on 18/8 and its status is showing "on the way to destination country" from NL. It's not the fastest.

@OchonAgusOchonOh ok so I have had so many attempts that I may not being entirely accurate but from what I recall:

• A Heimish cleansing balm
• A Missha essence
• That Rohto vitamin C thing @Fraaahnces spoke highly of
• A Blackhead serum thing
• A Corsx cream
• some sunscreen
• and a pot luck thingy

I went with Stylevana and only bought "in stock" stuff.

Finished a small NUXE floral shower gel which came in a M&S beauty box I think, it smelled nice but didn't lather well, wouldn't repurchase.

Have you read 'The Thoughtful Dresser'? Very moving piece about women in Nazi death camps wearing lipstick, when liberated.

I’ve been ordering Asian skincare today too, I have got the Hado Labo tranexamic acid whitening lotion (the blue one) and a Beauty of Joseon sunscreen on the way. I’m just starting to explore K&J beauty (am currently using a couple of Cosrx products, including the famous snail essence). It all looks so tempting, I have to resist the urge to buy everything, particularly as I have a cupboard full of Western skincare that I’m supposed to be working my way through.

I felt very lost whilst ordering and I actually wanted to get way more stuff!!! I have attached a photo of my haul... please say NADA if I have made a mistake!!!

That's quite a haul @Experiment627 ! Would be interested to hear what you think of the blackhead powder.
I've given in and ordered the M & S £25 summer box. Also a percy pig bath mat.... No, I didn't need either.

@SpongeBobJudgeyPants I shall definitely share how things work out. Wouldn't it be amazing, if at the ripe old age of 49, I actually found something to sort my blackheads????

Bad news @Experiment627 - you bought the Melano CC cream. The product that impresses me (and everyone) is the serum. (Below) Not sure the cream’s going to knock your socks off.
