Cult beauty have a good deal atm. A free £15 gift card with a £60 spend but also 20% discount with code paydayaff.
I got a bottle of Malin & Goetz dark rum for £65 with the gift card and it's usually £82!

I had a few things in my basket as I was thinking about getting the glow and go goody bag, but then decided to wait as there wasn't enough in it that I really wanted.

Just checked out and got 20% off, £15 gift card and the goody bag as well!

I have an empty:

• Eve Lom rescue mask: I think this came in an M&S beauty box (the Mother's Day one?)... well I am so NOT impressed. The small tube has no instructions so I had to look online. The mask basically reminds of any common or garden clay mask. It is way too astringent for me. I much prefer the clay mask from Boots Ingredients - which does not irritate my skin at all.

Wow, that was quick - the cult beauty gwp that I ordered yesterday afternoon has already arrived! The silver eyeliner looks intriguing.

After 3 months of no buy, I've splurged £358 this month

Spent £175 on the Harrods Fragrance calendar and £183 on CB. In my defence, the stuff from CB had been sitting in my basket for a while waiting for a good offer, and you can't get much better than 20%, plus gift card, plus gwp.

I have no defence for ordering the Harrods Fragrance calendar. I absolutely don't need it, I just caved to temptation 🙈

Should have a few empties to update on soon....

Oh god, I don't know why I did it, but I just ordered 2 deodorants and 2 more bath oils.
I have already got 5 deodorants, plus some minis, and about 5 bath products.

I love the scents though, so will use them. And I need to wear deodorant, right? I was doing so well...

On the plus side I bought a nail varnish organiser.

I only bought 3 items:

The Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter - this is repeat purchase, I prefer it to regular foundation

Glow Recipe Strawberry Salicylic Serum - wanted to try this as I'm prone to clogged pores/hormonal breakouts

Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Daily Peels Supersize pack - these have been on my wish list for a while but they are normally £153. The 20% off brought them down to £122, which is still pricey, but they make a real visible difference to my skin. I don't use them daily, I use them once every 1-2 weeks, so the big pack should last me about 18 months and they are in date until the end of 2025. Much better than going for a facial imo.

There were a few other makeup bits that I wanted, but annoyingly, cult beauty always seem to sell out of my shades whenever they have a promotion 😕

I've always found CB to do the best deals, offers and beauty boxes! Plus you get points and extra for reviews.

They are great @CinnamonCoffee although you may need to be careful if your skin is sensitive or dry. They give me a real glow.

They do small boxes of 5 if you just want to try them out (they sometimes appear in advent calendars and beauty boxes, which is how I discovered them), but the big pack is better value if using long term.

Oooh I didn't know that you got points for reviews on CB!

@MidnightMeltdown is that Tan-Luxe item the one that does not smell biscuity? Today I tried a St Tropez mist thing and I stank all day (and it was only on my face). Where does one procure it?

I keep mine in a takeaway container in the fridge. Stops it going gloopy.

I splurged on a nail system from Manicurist the other day as getting back into my nails again.

I'm not sure about the tan luxe product. I'm olive skinned so last time I had one of these I gave it to my pale friend 😂

It certainly doesn't smell biscuity in the bottle, it just smells slightly perfumed. A bit like a shampoo. I think that it's quite a popular product that just gives a subtle glow, but I haven't tried it personally.

@Babysharkdoodoodood LOL 🤣🤣🤣 I have mine in old Glossy Box boxes... was just wondering if there was something more fancy schmancy. TBH I really should chuck most of mine out as they are so old and I rarely wear nail varnish these days.

I have two of these OPI boxes for my nail varnishes, from QVC a few years ago. Nails Inc ones don’t fit in it though.

@Experiment627 it sounds a lot more exciting than it is - it's a perspex rack!! Although you can get velvet padded boxes too.

Hi everyone, is it ok if I join? I have way too much beauty stuff and I’ve been reading this thread and it seems a good way to hold myself at least a little bit accountable.

I probably need to put everything together and do a list, but I have a terrible Cult Beauty/Look Fantastic/ Sephora habit, DP just got me the Red beauty box for my birthday, plus I get the Cohorted beauty box on subscription each month (love this, so not giving up on this just yet). I’m not too bad on makeup (except for the fact that I own 15 eyeshadow palettes!) but I have a ton of skincare, body lotion, shower gel etc that I need to work my way through. I also have a pretty big perfume collection.

I’m still eyeing up all the beauty advent calendars though 😂
