I’m so annoyed with Boots. Ordered the MacMillan calendar for DD at half price, waited ten days for it to be despatched at which point they cancelled the order saying couldn’t fulfill it. The calendar is for sale at full price on their website!

I reckon that deserves a narked email to Customer Services, @gianfrancogorgonzola . Sharp practices at work.

I signed up to Bare Minerals referral to get a friend the calendar cheaper but then it turned out you needed to spend £50 to get the referral discount, which was not mentioned in the sign up process. They are sending me ‘referral profile’ emails every 48 hours now.

really enjoying seeing what others got in the calendars. I hope the set up is not changed too much next year.

My BM has arrived. Such a great deal I’m really happy with it. It might be the most bratty thing I’ve said but I think I’m going to open half in the gap between Christmas and new year and the other half from 26th January so that I can go a full 2 months (including jadvent) of opening something every day 😁

I'm so glad the BM calendars have started to arrive - gives me hope that mine is just stuck in a Royal Mail depot somewhere.
I need to decide what to do when it arrives - open it all at once like a beauty box or restrict myself to a door a day.

Debenhams calendar is now £36, there’s also a code on home page for free delivery.

I've weakened and ordered the Debenhams calendar. It's not exactly exciting but I'll use most of it. I would rather have drawers, though. Never mind it's a decent price.

Boots are terrible to order from. Half the stuff in my basket always disappears and then about half of that actually arrives. I'm tired of them.
so now I have two calendars to open ! One for Christmas day - I live alone and have very little to open so that'll be lovely and then one for Jadvent.

I joined this thread stating I had 2 calendars plus last year’s stock so didn’t need anything more. I’ve since bought 4 calendars and 1 beauty box 😂

Mine too! There are strikes tomorrow and next week though so it might take a little longer ..
The Debenhams calendar is a good deal, IMHO. Apart from the red lipstick, I think that I'd use everything.

My tracking still says "Sending despatching item", so Royal Mail don't even appear to have their mitts on it yet. I'm feeling pessimistic about it...

Same here @Pinenu apart from the beauty box. I succumbed to Debenhams today. I also bought a much reduced Sara Miller candle AC that I don’t technically need 😬

Don’t give up hope! I’ve just received a text to say Royal Mail now has my BM calendar. I ordered mine within five minutes of the posting going live on this page.

I’m on a serious no spend now @Pinenu - even the January sales are out. I have sooo much stuff to use up. And I signed up to the Liberty Beauty Drop for next year to save up towards the Liberty advent next year. I seriously don’t need to buy any skincare or make up or perfume probably for ever! I do love it all though. DH despairs and thinks I’m obsessed. He’s not wrong! I get it from my mother! She would have been so into beauty advent calendars.

I got the RM text about the BM calendar too. Fingers crossed it comes in next day or so. It’s a Christmas present for my sister.

My Lib got lost with Yodel. They are sending a new one but as I won't receive until next week - I do think they should offer some sort of discount? It a bit pants getting an AC on 15/16 Dec, when I ordered on 25 Nov.

I’ve not had my BM yet either, though I did have an email to say it was shipped days and days ago. This is standard atm though; I had an item sent next day with RM last Friday and it’s still not here.

Opened the door for the Sunday Riley C moisturiser if the person who was wanting to buy it is still interested?

@PomRuns that is disappointing. Hope your new one arrives quickly and you enjoy catching up opening all the drawers.

Although it’s looking less likely by CB calendar is going to arrive. It was bought on 3rd and has an expected delivery of 7th but is still not showing as dispatched. H (who bought it) emailed them and they took an age to reply then asked for the tracking number 🙄
