I just watched Cosmetopia's youtube video re the Debenham calendar to see if that's good value yet ... as it clearly wasn't at £90 ... still not convinced. Shame.

Not sure I'm keen on the tea in Degusta today. And sadly I don't like matte lip colour so LiB is a bit of a fail for me today.

I thought the text was some sort of spam message at first as it didn't make sense so was a bit wary re following the link. However when I checked the order tracking separately, my calendar is showing as arriving at the RM national hub this morning. I guess there's little hope of delivery before the latest strike kicks in again though. It a gift to cheer up my neighbour so she'll be none the wiser if it doesn't turn up, but hopefully it will turn up eventually (I've had other parcels disappear into the ether the past couple of weeks).

My bare minerals tracking number isn't right but it seems like they are being dispatched

Saw a friend at work today, she told me she bought rituals in John Lewis store recently for thirty something quid, she said they had a pile they were selling off!!!!

Apparently my BM parcel is coming today 🤞

For those who haven’t received the delivery update, I received a parcel yesterday and the tracking said it was still at the parcel hub. So fingers crossed you all get a delivery soon.

Someone mentioned on another thread that rituals calendars were heavily marked down in JL stores.

Mine also "despatched to Royal Mail" but that's it. Same for days. Sigh. Just had another parcel officially declared missing after not moving for 14 days. Another one been stuck at a sorting hub for over a week. I don't mind them taking ages to arrive, esp at this time of year, but it's the lottery of whether they'll arrive at all and the chasing for refunds I hate.

My BM has arrived. I’ve opened it as I’ve got 2 ACs on the go. Nice selection of stuff, very happy for the price.

Yesterday I got round to using some hyaluronic serum from last year’s space NK calendar. It was kept in a box, sealed and in a cabinet away from all light. I was disappointed to find about a third missing.

By chance I got the same serum in today’s Selfridges so decided to compare. The new bottle is full to the top. Do you think the older bottle evaporated? Or did they just give out half the already small 10ml stated?

Oh wow. That’s a big difference @Pinenu. I wouldn’t have thought it would evaporate but maybe it wasn’t totally filled. I’ve seen similar with other products andi think it’s generally a manufacturer error. Can’t see it being deliberate as they’d just get lots of complaints.

That’s a good point @Peridot1 You’re probably right in that it was under-filled to begin with but I won’t take as long using the second one just in case it disappears on me 😂

My BM calendar is also sitting nowhere.

My BM calendar says it was shipped on Friday 2 Dec but hasn't arrived. Tracking code not recognised. Hopefully just stuck in the post due to strikes.

Have just received an email from BM asking me to review my purchase. We haven’t had a post delivery at all yet today. Hoping it turns up but another thread said that post is just piling up in depots due to the strike so fingers crossed it will arrive soon. And I’ve noticed the BM advent calendar is available in the JL site at full price.

I’m really surprised at retailers restocking the calendars with no or very little discount this far into December. Doesn’t stop me wanting them though 😂
