Is it too soon for a thread on these? I remember last year they were all coming out or going on sale in September so not too far off.

I got the spacenk one last year and it was first ever beauty advent calendar and I loved it. Still using some of the products and have gone to purchase at least five items in full size, two of them multiple times.

This year I'll get the spacenk one again but might also go for the cult beauty as well.

Sorry one more question, which calendar out of FM, CB and Liberty for instance would be more about skincare than makeup? I am a sucker for skincare! Or any other suggestions?

I’ve gone for F&M too @AprilLady . l also love bath and body stuff, including Aromatherapy Associates. I will happily use just about everything in there so for me it’s great value. When my delivery date came up as being ‘on or before 19th August’ I assumed it was a glitch, but maybe not! 😊. It’s going to be a long wait until December…….. @SunStruck the F&M has very little makeup in it, but is more about total body pampering this year than facial skincare, if that helps. I’m interested to see the Liberty offering……….

I'd look at fenwick and Harrods too

I'm in Ireland so can only tell you if they ship here. Some may ship outside EU.

SpaceNK and CB definitely do. Harrods, John Lewis, F&M don't. I didn't think liberty did but looks like they do now. N&P haven't in the past. Part of the issue is if they have anything with an aerosol, it can't be shipped by air.

Does the charlotte tilbury flawless filter come in different shades? I'm worried about it being too dark etc.

Space NK haven't said that the Flawless Filter is in the AC. They've hinted that it could be but have also suggested the Charlotte Tilbury highlighting wands, which I think may be more likely.

I am really wavering as to get the F&M calendar, is it really worth it? Can I justify this as a special gift? Will I use it all?............

i like the look of space nk- although did think I’d plump for Fortnums. Worried fortnums will sell out …. But also keen to see Liberty and Harrods.
I’m aiming to get 1 (plus m and s).

I still have my F&M empty calendar from two years ago, it really is absolutely gorgeous and a beautifully made thing.

Fortnums has lots of full sizes which is really good, but I think there is too much repetition.

There are 2 aromatherapy associates oils, 2 mini candles, 2 ESPA face masks, 2 body full size lotions, as well as some repetitions from last year

I'm going to try to stay strong and not buy!

I’m staying strong with you @MidnightMeltdown 😄. It’s too similar to last year’s to justify price (price rise too!) for me. Hoping Liberty delivers this year. Unlike pp’s I do actually love Aromatherapy Associates, but have plenty of it and struck gold in TK Maxx last week in final clearance and got some lovely AA de-stress kits including candles in the new pottery design too for £7! Rrp £70!
For all those who’ve bought F&M - hope you love it, the box is a thing of beauty - I kept mine from last year.

As in the £7 kits contained candles along with body oil, bath oil etc

I had F&M last year as I had FOMO panic and it was so so pretty. Not getting it this year but that’s bc the items are repeats of things I have not yet used - if it is new to you then YES but it!

Buy it not but it 🙄

The Cult cream, mascara and Olverum are all things that I would like in F&M.

I don't mind Aromatherapy Associates, but like @LoveLabradors I still have some from last year - I don't need 2 more!

Will see what else comes out. Space nk looks promising, although they are often quite mean with their sizes.

Oh also like the fact there are a few perfumes to try in F&M

That Diptyque calendar looks amazing. Every year I want it but never buy it. This might be the year. And given the energy cost crisis, candles might be a smart move.

@MidnightMeltdown Yeah. I've gotten all excited before when I see these companies ship to Ireland, only to discover they won't ship the advent calendar.

I've checked F&M again and they won't deliver anything to the EU since brexit but they will deliver to other countries so it's not the perfume. They're just meanies.
