Sorry @AFingerofFudge one more question - did you wash them before wear? My Alix leaked indigo all over my legs when I wore them before washing, wondered if the hemp panel ones are the same?

Ordered shorts in two sizes to try but they’ll need to be amazing for £95!
I see it’s only online and until Monday so not time reorder if sizing is wrong.
Looking back at last year I actually returned everything I bought in the end of summer sale… might be the same this time. I was underwhelmed I have to say.
I did order a fan though in case we have another scorching summer in 2023!

@Theteapotsbrokenspout I agree with you about the same stuff coming up again and again. When might Toast realise they probably need to reduce the price to sell some of it?!

Totally. I mean I wanted the space check tiered dress and have literally waited forever for it to be reduced. I even hesitated as it is not in the right season for it although i will wear it with something under it and tights and shoes/boots.
They really are so tight with their sales.

I was just a bit unsure as I have the blue colourway from seasons ago in the dress but its now pretty tight on the bust in a small. The reviews on Toast are not helpful. I love the check Ikat dress but it is still far too expensive for me so will pass. There is nothing else I really want.

Also a thought, that I am not rushing to buy sale stock as most of it will be in the next sale anyway!

Toast have agreed to refund the difference for the stuff I got this morning- excellent!

Wow you lot are hard-core sleuths; MI5 should definitely snap you up! So, after bemoaning the massive price hike earlier today, I was delighted by the news of the sale. I have bought a set of the orange enamel camping crockery for DD1(14) who last weekend canoed across Lake Windermere - and back again - with her Girlguiding Rangers pack and is off on a camp to a remote Swedish island next summer. Although if it’s really nice, I’ll keep the enamel set and she can take our vintage orange VW melamine equipment to Sweden!

I have also bought two of the summer towels as I have had to retire my previous Toast hammam towels after about 15 years of usage. They are brilliant for holidays and camping, don’t need to be washed in unicorn tears, and look good year after year. (Oh, and the yellow Waterfall gown that I regretted missing out on in the last sale 🙈). Bizarrely, I’m contemplating the jute water carrier as I hate carrying bags and I read the reviews and thought that something so simple - that I never knew I wanted or needed - could be a bit of a holiday game changer. Or maybe a fool and their money and all that…

Well I have had my dispatch emails and crossing everything that they arrive before I go away so I can return anything I need to.
I ordered the blue striped t shirt - very unsure about it’s I believe it’s not as blue as online. I ordered another poplin tank in white as I need to replace a couple of old Boden ones. I also took a punt on the ogee culottes and the Alder seersucker dress which I’ve looked at all summer. I imagine it will not fit.

I bought the Kate sheriden pop bag, have been eyeing it for a while! £89 down from £135 - so had to get it! And the fan 😀

@Countmeout i have that blue tee, looks pretty much as it does online to me! I guess it’s a tiny bit darker, nothing to speak of as far as I’m concerned.

Popped a few things in my basket earlier but then had to be away from my phone until just now and most of them have sold out. Probably just as well. I have ordered the Sturlini sandals and the oat coloured linen trousers, although the size I was going to go for is now oos, so the size I have ordered will likely be too big. Nothing else really appeals.

Do I need this skirt?? Has anyone got it? I'm wondering how thick it is or is it probably just a summer skirt??

Ordered Oat linen trousers and Space Check tiered dress to try- both mentioned above. Went down to S on the tiered dress as worried about gappy armholes.

Phone call came in at the wrong moment (and was a long one) so Coal circular tee in my shopping bag sold out (I wanted a second one).

Some Solovair loafers (not in sale) were accidentally bought too.

Looked earlier and didn’t buy anything. Looked again just now and decided to buy the green Kate Sheridan mini pop bag (that I do not need…) only to find it had sold out. I saw someone wearing the tiered linen dress a few weeks ago and she looked amazing in it. But she was the opposite shape to me - very slim and pretty flat chested. So even though I love the dress I don’t think it’s for me and if I’m honest, I just cba trying to work out the sizing and the inevitable returns.

I have 2 mini pop bags. One in brown and the other green. I love them. Small and cute and simple. Themselves of the leather is beautiful.

I haven't had a dispatch email yet @Countmeout . My order was placed at 5 something yesterday evening. Were you much earlier than that? My only concern is the denim skirt is now completely sold out.

This morning i bought some of the same things in extra size since there won't be time to try and return and i am on a post pandemic weight loss "journey".

@dudsville ive had a dispatch for the order I made at 2.30, but I made two after that havent had anything for those. I wouldn’t worry too much since the sale email didn’t go out til 7. Yeah I am well pleased their customer service seems good with this sort of thing.

@Stoic123 im probably going to be putting 2 circular tees on Depop soon, along with a load of other toast stuff. Have too many things and need to recoup my expenditure for this summer!

Thanks for the sales heads up - I've been putting things in and out of my basket but not pressed the trigger yet. Not really sure anything is grabbing me but then I do love the chance for some reduced toast 😁
@dudsville I was contemplating the indigo skirt too, I tried it a while ago and liked it. But in the end it sold out but I have the full price large pocket one anyway...
@Snowyowl78 I think it was you who recommended the collared tee shirt - what is the sizing like and what colours do you have?
also what else will you be putting on depop ??

@TheChattyRat i have the Navy one and have also just ordered the Montella one. They run small, more fitted than usual toast tops. had to buy large and normally I’d get medium in everything.
Re. Depop I have quite a few T-shirts I don’t wear much so probably mainly tops, possibly my indigo alix as I have bought some new ones which are pretty similar and I seem to have gone a bit trouser mad lately! Oh also I bought an orange shirt from Kilver court that in hindsight I am not sure I will wear much.
