@Laska2Meryls it probably is worth it for a few things but the admin burden is quite stressful

I am fortunate enough to have a Toast shop around 35 mins away, and since all the debacle with returns last year, I now prefer to make a trip in to the shop rather than post. Besides, it gives me an excuse to stroke a few fabrics .....

Where does it say that Snowy? I cant find it..
But I am sure that if its within a week it would be ok ...( Because you can blame post)

I also have (another) list of "things I will buy if they're reduced further" Including cord workwear dress and the ash ruffle shirt. On the plus side it is pay day coming up!

@Laska2Meryls whenever I generate a return it says I have to return it by X date which is often out of the returns period, not sure why

Eg I just generated one and it says ‘you have until the 14th august to return’

Snowy, I must have missed that on my return...

@SmaugMum , i have that Olin dress from last summer. it is absolutely exquisite and never fails to elicit comments when I wear it. I sized down to a 10 as I have the previous season's blue version of it and it comes up large. It is incredibly flattering and so wearable for different occassions.

Love the dress! Have been tempted!

Lots more returns on now, few of those red jackets back on in case anyone was waiting for it. No further reductions yet!

I have ordered the orange Edith dress, just in case. I think someone was saying it's quite fitted? Thank you for the alert @Snowyowl78 ! Zero success so far. It's all gone back. I was thinking of ordering the Alix trousers in a 6 and putting my 8s on Ebay, but I procrastinated too long and they've sold out! Please message me if any of you plan to return. About the return of sale things, I think it's a fairly strict two weeks, so beware!

I think they reduce or add more sale stock on a Thursday? I had a feeling last week and they added more stock. Hopefully they may do the same this week.
@faustina wonder what happens if you are out of the sale period? Do they return it to you?

The returns being 14 days are a bit unfair. It takes days to come to you with just standard delivery. Nearly a week in some cases!

I have two parcels tomorrow so not ordering anything until I see what I am keeping.

After the chat about using the napkins as neck scarfs the Kindred furoshiki wrapping cloths also work. I pulled out one I’d received as a kindred gift to try.

I see the pink dress has resurfaced if anyones hoping to get one 🤭

@neveradullmoment99 - perhaps a credit note? I'm not sure when the 2 weeks start - possibly on receipt, which they can get from the tracking

I’m sure it’s on receipt, that’s what I always count it as, would be a bit stingey otherwise

@dudsville - I distinctly remember someone on this thread saying they'd seen someone wearing it and they looked lovely!

Has anyone bought any menswear from Toast (tees?) and know if they run small or on the large side?
