M&S beauty advent calendar

On the main homepage I searched for beauty advent and it came up. It says £300 then underneath says £40 when you spend £30 and to check in store

There were loads of calendars in my local M and S store yesterday.

Only 5 more sleeps until we get to open the 1st box.

Any tips on the £40 that has to be spent to get the deal?

I think it's clothing. Sadly I don't think the food hall I was hoping that!

It's £40 if you spend £30. I bought a pair cashmere socks.

DH wanted some shoes so that counts for the £30 spend.

Are those of you who bought the M&S calendar going to chat about it on this thread? I've seen a few threads pop up for other advent calendars, but wasn't sure if this one is for thinking about buying it or if it's for those who have one and want to open them 'together'. I am considering a Jadvent version (since I also got H&B ), but if others are opening from tomorrow and want to chat about M&S then I could certainly be tempted!

I'm in. I got the m&s one two years in a row a few years ago and thought they were excellent for trying things I'd wanted to try for a while (Emma Hardie balm etc) plus I found some new favourites. I didn't use them up for a while so had a few years where I thought not worth getting a new one (£40 is the max I'd spend on something like this) but I need a refill of one of the items that are in there so decided to go for it. love the tin already!

I think my husband has bought me one, but he seems to think it's a Christmas present, so I'll unbox everything in one go.

Have to admit that I have already looked through everything and taken some out!!
But I had run out of things and thought I should just use it rather than buying the products again.
