Anyone up for a daily thread??? This is my first beauty advent calendar & I’m super excited. DH is refusing to believe it’s an actual advent calendar since there’s no chocolate inside there’s no pleasing some people

I ordered a ton of rodial stuff in the sale last year & can say that the lip mask is good. So I’m happy.

problembottom · 15/12/2019 22:56

I have the lip mask on and it feels amazing. I take it all back.

SciFiFan · 16/12/2019 09:14

I haven’t tried the lip mask yet but I’m happy with today’s gift, I love Molton Brown stuff and haven’t tried this scent yet.

chloechloe · 16/12/2019 19:07

Today’s is good - I like Molton Brown and this smells nice!

Talisin · 17/12/2019 05:49

I love another product from this range so looking forward to trying this.

happytobemrsg · 17/12/2019 08:21

I’m very happy with yesterday’s. Some might find it boring, but my usual one is running out soon (Aesop) & I was looking for a nice one to replace it. Not opened today’s yet.

Happy with the Molton Brown shower gel although DH may just nab it for himself.

The Emma Hardie cream looks lovely so I'm looking forward to trying it. I love her cleansing balm.

problembottom · 17/12/2019 11:47

I’ve given the Molton Brown to DP as it’s not my bag, he’s very happy!

Today’s day cream looks good, very happy!

Even though the lip mask felt really lovely on it did absolutely nothing for my lips I have to say.

problembottom · 17/12/2019 11:48

Not sure why I used so many exclamation marks Shock

Bumbl · 17/12/2019 12:48

Will people be using the EH cream as a day or night cream? Or both?

chloechloe · 17/12/2019 17:37

I’m happy with this cream as I like Emma Hardie products. I’ve not opened it yet so will see how thick it is but will probably just use it as a day cream.

SickRose · 17/12/2019 18:19

How's everyone finding the Oskia cleanser? It's the only thing I've been using every day and I've started noticing an odd texture to my chin. It feels like there's lots of little bumps but I can't see anything. Wondering if it's the cleanser or if it's another fun new pregnancy symptom!

Costacoffeeplease · 17/12/2019 22:15

I’ve almost finished the oskia cleanser and all fine here

happytobemrsg · 17/12/2019 22:47

Kinda annoyed it’s another cream! We seem to have received loads. So far I’m most pleased with the marine day cream, Avant night cream, hair protector & shower gel

Can always use this and it smells nice.

blardyfeck · 18/12/2019 07:53

This is a nice hand cream (albeit a bit dull) but I think I'll give it to my mum as I've got loads of hand creams. And I'm not a big fan of rose-scented things.

problembottom · 18/12/2019 09:42

Happy with the hand cream. So far I like the Caudalie toner, the lipgloss and the palette best. Quite a few I haven’t tried yet tho including the Elemis, the Emma Hardie and the Oskia.

chloechloe · 18/12/2019 12:24

I’ve used the Oskia cleanser for a long time and have never had problems with it sickrose.

I’m happy with today’s hand cream, it will get used in this weather, although I am another who is not too keen on rose scented stuff!

happytobemrsg · 18/12/2019 19:28

I WAS happy since I needed a hand cream but I just used it & now my hands are stinging

OP posts:
problembottom · 18/12/2019 20:06

That doesn’t sound good!

happytobemrsg · 18/12/2019 21:13

No! I mean they are pretty dry from the weather/washing them frequently but they have been worse!

Potentially interesting serum - I just need to find a gap in my current routine into which I can insert it.

blardyfeck · 19/12/2019 19:09

Me too Talisin. It's eye-wateringly expensive so I've got high expectations.

problembottom · 19/12/2019 19:28

Ooo didn’t realise it was a pricey one. I’m going to investigate once my hyper baby is asleep.

Costacoffeeplease · 19/12/2019 20:27

How much is it, I’ve got two now as there was one in the Harrods calendar earlier
