The Sunday Times reported that the Sussexes were off to the US for Thanksgiving with Doria then back to Sandringham for Christmas. It's from one of those Royal Sources so not official. It makes sense though.

Re H&M's 6 week break, I think it was The Times who broke the story so a bit more reliable than the DM but we shall soon see.

The Mail were saying a while ago that they were visiting Doria for Thanksgiving and now they're saying Christmas? That's a long stay stateside so I'm not sure I believe it. Thanksgiving is a bigger deal in the US than Christmas so I'd say it's more likely they'd go then but be back for the usual Sandringham shenanigans in December.

It's Hello magazine that is speculating that they may stay in the US for Xmas and the DM are reporting the speculation. I doubt they're now briefing Hello on their plans, but who knows!

Is there any reason why H&M shouldn’t spend Christmas with her mother? Extraordinary (well, not) that it’s being presented as a snub to her Maj!
