Well sad face on the swimsuit, fits beautifully on the bum & legs which is a rarity as I have no bum, but not enough coverage on the boobs am gutted it’s sooo lovely & really soft & extremely comfortable.

That’s a shame about the swimsuit, as it really looks lovely.

I’m home, long day for 90 mins work, but several women asked about my trousers. No one ever used to ask about my clothes. I’m now in my L&Y, which really must be the comfiest outfit ever, and DH is making me dinner

I got a boden catalogue of new stuff through the door this morning. There is literally nothing in it that looked good imo. Usually there is something! Into the paper recycling it went!

Have had a lovely long weekend for my birthday. We visited a NT property near us, I had a mani pedi and got my hair done. Went to a birthday party, had my own birthday bbq and then today we went fruit picking. Really lovely and restful. Back to work tomorrow

I received my 2nd Stitchfix package and am keeping 3 out of the 5 items. Two tops from a Danish brand called In Wear and a pair of stripy trousers from Joules. Very pleased. I'm sending back an All Saints dress and a cotton blouse that just didn't work quite so well. The navy tee in these pics is wonderful quality. A linen mix and perfect fit. The joules trousers I would never have picked them myself but they are fun and beautifully made. Such a treat having someone pick out clothes for you! Totally hooked

I totally love the idea of Stitchfix, @Huffthepuff!!! We need an Aussie one!!!! They do post to Australia from the US, but the cost is inhibitive. Kinda defeats the purpose! I have heard people complaining that they don’t get much back for the clothes they sell on consignment, and it can take forever, but for me that’s not the point, is it? There’s so much waste here!!!

Sadly work have asked me in to attend a board on Friday (my day off) so curly haircut cancelled. Hair so long now.

I’m going away in October and the bikinis I used to wear are barely there and too small for me now. Will investigate sea folly sale.

It’s been raining overnight here and a grey and still morning, not much planned other than homeworking and Pilates later. Oh yes I’m seeing my new CG hairdresser later to get a dye test so will ask for her opinion on whether to continue on my grey journey or what to do to minimise dye damage with dye while transitioning. Binky how dare they? CG appointments are sooo difficult to get! I’m sorry but Hope you can rebook your cut relatively painlessly (mine is not till next week/today is just a get to know you visit and dye test).

binky, I like whistles jersey blazers, over the years have accumulated navy, black, grey and pink. They even wash and have never bobbled. JL had them in their sale, don’t know if they are sold out or not. I also bought a JL own brand blazer last week for less than half price. It’s a very fine, smooth wool, and longer than the jersey ones.

@Binkybix just had a light bulb moment that may (or not) help with your jersey blazer search. Many moons ago I bought a really great navy blue jersey blazer from Laura Ashley, great quality so I just went to their website and see the link below.

Didi tell you that I had dyed one of last year's Hush maxis earlier? ( Not here) . V pleased with it, here it is after a wash today.
Otherwise just lazing, reading tons of booksswimming and eating and drinking.. not much else to do here, and that I just how I like it 😁🌅🏊‍♀️🍹
