I did it for * huff and lost about 20lbs..Its actualy ok once you get into it,(and if you can give up
totally, something it makes sucha difference. I can do once I am into the 'zone' but am totally failing at right now.
I ate a lot of veggies and kept my fish meat portions simply cooked.. always eggs for breakfast. Some pulses/beans , yoghurt avocados, butter and olive oil are allowed, and even things like the odd bit of rye bread , if you dont overdo it, and that's what makes it doable for me..
Giving up wine is just not working for me right now, .. so I think over the weekend ill get out my holiday clothes for a scary/ motivating try on.. I know that most of my last years shorts will not fit!)..
