ella no. I’m trying not to spend too much. I have a weird guilt thing about spending, even though we’re reasonably comfortable.

I’ve brought a few things recently and already feels like I’ve gone a bit mad even though it’s not much, been sale, and have worn it all.

I’m also looking at sandals, some dresses and the Hush tiger bomber so need to decide.

The linen ombre top is now showing OOS, (was on waitlist ) but they dont seem to have dispatched my order... This is annoying, , they accepted my order on waitlist , but I suppose they over sell.. so looks like I have to wait for returns .. (and Thanks to you lot I cannot afford it anyway !!)

.. and yes dont get me going on being a MIL... ,,when i excitedly announced my DGS birth , on another (diet ) thread over 6 years ago now. I was told that as I was the father's rather than mother's mum, I shouldnt think that I would be welcome in the hospital to visit the newborn I could see him that much, as I was not close family.. .. That was nice.. but it does also seem to be a MN thing, (sad though, dont any of these posters have sons of their own? )

gin thanks for asking about my dd. She's doing ok I think, on medication which seems to be working well. Her English A Level is looming so the next few weeks are going to be stressful. And every so often I hear from the school that she's not eating Although I don't observe that when I see her. I just want her home really so I can keep an eye on her.
