Haha laska - knew you would
. Hope they are good! Can you wait for your £10 a bit please just til I invoice hush for my time and I'll claim it as an expense
(Can't believe I've just wasted half an hour of my life on the Zara thread..it is, as someone says at the end, truly bonkers...And lol that any thread about a brand must be paid for by that brand. Personally, I think we are a hush PR nightmare, as we're pretty critical of loads of their stuff in terms of style & quality (bon marche incontinence trousers, anyone), and definitely veer into other brands far more than they would like, I reckon!)
Shame about the ombre top - it may still turn up.
gin - yay! Thats lovely -huff had that one too, and i think never bought it - and I got the burgundy version. We can all waft together.
soups - I'm so glad you love the Massimo Dutti jacket - that looks just like what you were looking for, and it doesn't sound like they will be difficult with returns if they are so popular. Would love to hear how it compares with the whistles one.
soy - Booooo on having to chop your holiday up. That's really annoying. But it sounds as if your boss is being pretty accommodating re working from Spain, so in the long run that sounds good.
binky - sorry you're still feeling rubbish. Hopefully a couple of days recovering at home will mean you're better for the weekend. Love that tiger bomber too...and the watery kimono - such lovely colours.
jugzy - If you find one, I'd like to know too please! I did find a chiffon-ny pleated skirt in john lewis in the Christmas sale that was similar-ish, but not quite the same - more "defined" pleats (still nice though!). And I can't see similar this season anyway. Seems to be one of those things that hush do that isn't that common across other shops at the moment though I would say that, because i'm a hush shill
nink - you are very right re just wearing things and not trying to be a perfectionist. That is basically what fashion should be about really I suppose- wearing things that give you joy! I should just forget my yucky feet and go ahead. But also, I think I can wear other things on my feet that are more flattering to me and will make me less self conscious - so i tend to shy away from things that expose toes (and knees). I may give them a long hard look and see if moisturising and nail polish will help
(silk purse/ sows ear etc) - and then I may come back asking for emergency sandal help (I definitely can't do flip flop/ toe post styles unfortunately, like your lovely ones- they hurt the bit between my toes).
(re name checking - I confess I have to go over threads with my notebook and write down who said what! My memory is awful. More preparation goes into some of my posts than some of my work
.)
