Apparently a motorcade has driven TOWARDS Frogmore going very slowly with pink paraphernalia in the back

It was apparently the Queen going into Windsor castle.

SleepingStandingUp · 03/05/2019 14:04

I wonder if she was dressed in pink 🤣

AudacityOfHope · 03/05/2019 14:06

Doesn't Sophie look so lovely and healthy?

QueenOfTheAndals · 03/05/2019 14:08

Sophie's style is actually more youthful now than it was in her engagement photo.

Sophie always looks too shiny, a bit clammy.

Stravapalava · 03/05/2019 14:27

Maybe she has oily skin? I do as well and often "rock" the shiny look!

beanaseireann · 03/05/2019 14:36

Sophie's shoes in her engagement pictures Shock

beanaseireann · 03/05/2019 14:37

What does "Pink is the navy blue of India." mean?

Disfordarkchocolate · 03/05/2019 14:40

Sophie used to look like she was off to a dull office job, now I think she generally looks lovely and is very committed to the charities.

QueenOfTheAndals · 03/05/2019 14:42

It was the 90s, I think a lot of women wore shoes like that back then!

SenecaFalls · 03/05/2019 16:03

I had shoes like that. Those clunkers with the high vamp and block heels were de rigueur for 1990s power dressing.

iknowimcoming · 03/05/2019 16:16

Indeed they are somewhat Thatcher-esque!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 03/05/2019 16:17

Harry's trip to the Netherlands is off according to the Mail.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 03/05/2019 16:23

Was the trip to NL only on 2 days ago? Why even mention it the first place till the actual birth. So I reckon baby Sussex was born today?

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 03/05/2019 16:27

"Pink is the navy blue of India."

It was a quote by a Vogue stylist; Diana Vreeland in the 50s or 60s referring to how brightly dressed indian women were; and pink is a colour as ubiquitous in India as navy blue would be in the UK.

ByeClaire · 03/05/2019 16:28

I reckon the baby was born yesterday or, more likely, labour started yesterday.

The Telegraph says the trip may have been cancelled out of respect for Prince of Wales’s big diplomatic trip to Germany at around the same time.

TokyoSushi · 03/05/2019 16:39

Sky news has just says that Harry is still going to The Hague next Thursday but not going in a 2 day trip as originally planned due to 'logistical issues'

Is the baby here, or not, who knows!!

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 03/05/2019 16:40

Twitter now says Harry is going to the Hague on Thursday for the Invictus thing, but not Amsterdam on the Wednesday. That was he can just do a day trip, even if baby is a,few days old.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 03/05/2019 16:42

X post!
I've been waiting for this baby since around the time of Brexit (remember that!)
It feels like Meghan has been pregnant for about 11 months

beanaseireann · 03/05/2019 16:52

Thank you CurlyWurlyTwirly.
That's what I thought it meant.

Gooseysgirl · 03/05/2019 16:56

I'm starting to feel really sorry for her now... I was only 6 days overdue but it drove me nuts!!!

NearlySchoolTimeAgain · 03/05/2019 17:03

Slightly random choice of glove colour here? Is it a protocol thing keeping them on?

ShakeYourTailFeathers · 03/05/2019 17:05

Poor Meghan. She must be so fed up Sad

QueenOfTheAndals · 03/05/2019 17:05

I thought they wore gloves so that they didn't actually have to touch any plebs? Apparently Diana was the first royal to ditch them.

QueenOfTheAndals · 03/05/2019 17:06

Speaking of Diana, I was talking to a lady at work earlier this week who'd met her back in the 80s or 90s. She said that in person she was absolutely stunning, very tall with the most beautiful skin and loads of charisma.
