Camilla looks fab - colours, outfit, bouquet = nailed it. But gee, she is starting to look a little aged, isn't she? That said, if I look that fab at her age, i'd be pretty happy. Just a sign, they're all grandies now ... old(ish).

Also, on record before but shall repeat - I like the headbands. Sure, some are not nice but overall it's a thumbs up from me.

there will definitely be an outcry (there already is!) if the baby has been born and no one was told.

Nothing wrong with saying "baby born x date" but no pictures or appearances for a few weeks (or more)

She was absolutely massive and showing very early on, so its really hard to believe the baby hasn't arrived yet

Anyway, I have a soft spot for CPV, she had a hard time when she was younger. I think she was anorexic? Her husband is definitely not a looker though.

Reporter on this morning saying that the press will be notified once megs is in labour so that they can set up near frogmore for up to 72 hours for the birth announcement - however photos will only be released when Harry and megs choose

She was absolutely massive and showing very early on that's why she can win it's been suggested she should have waited until she was 16-18 weeks before announcing and implied that she was then 12 weeks but as lots of people thought she was further on than she was she couldn't have got away with it (not to mention the uproar from the haters when they discovered they'd been given a false due date). The poor woman is being hung out to dry for not announcing a birth that may well not have happened yet.

There's a lesson here about whipping up interest with well meaning touchy feely statements.

They would have been better releasing a straightforward factual one through BP: Approx due date, no further details about birth plan, press to be notified when DoS in labour, no public appearance planned until at least [insert preferred date]. Job done.

There's no point at all in the press being outside Frogmore because they're not coming out. The only point of them waiting outside the Lindo Wing is that they get a good view of the steps shot.

Did any of you read Keira Knightley's contribution to the book Feminists Don't Wear Pink?

It was about her first labour, and it was great. Really gritty and real. I've never been a massive fan but I wanted to stand up and cheer when I read it.

That outfit of CPV's is immediately improved by the navy pumps. I guess the fact that she changed shoes shows that the trainers were a practical choice for the walking part, as pp have said. But there are trainers and trainers - those chunky white ones are dire imo.
