maybe she had the baby at home and the ambulance was just on stand by?
I remember Angelina jolie gave birth via c section in resort in Namibia.?Kenya?

floraloctopus · 01/05/2019 11:34

Another picture of the D of C here, the colour really suits her.

I think Kate has a similar dress in pink and in teal?

Disfordarkchocolate · 01/05/2019 11:42

I think I've seen it in soft pink.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 01/05/2019 11:45

It’s kate’s go to shape, for work and a sober colour.
But I find the whole outfit a bit drab.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 01/05/2019 11:46

H&M can’t do anything right, it will all get turned against them.

I don’t think it will reduce press pressure for any photos, if anything it’s creating more drama. When is their anniversary? It must be soon.

catofaragon · 01/05/2019 11:49

Kate's dress is lovely but I think she looks a bit tired. Perhaps it's just the photo.

pinkladyapples · 01/05/2019 11:54

Kate looks lovely. She really suits that colour green. Nice accessories too.

Nogravyforyou · 01/05/2019 11:58

Lovely colour on DoC and I like the neckline as well.

SlipperOrchid · 01/05/2019 12:08

I like Kate’s dress, the colour is hopefully richer in real life. The thing is it would probably be lovely IF she didn’t wear the same style ALL the time. Her clothes just sort of merge after a while which is probably why her evening clothes always look so well - they are different.

I’d say the baby has arrived and I hope M&H keep it to themselves and other than one perfunctory photo, hide the baby away just as Louis has been hidden for almost his entire first year. The media has treated MM and by default Harry woefully.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 01/05/2019 12:48

Kate’s Emilia Wickstead dresses

The lavender one has a higher neckline.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 01/05/2019 12:50

Well it’s Princess Charlotte’s birthday tomorrow.
So if we’ve heard nothing today then perhaps Friday if Baby Sussex is already here.

BlingLoving · 01/05/2019 13:00

"Assuming mum and baby are both well then there is no need for secrecy. I understand their wish to have some private time but that doesn't preclude an announcement."
I actually feel this way about most baby births. I have never understood the need for secrecy, not just from royal family but random friends. I don't mean that they need to announce on facebook 20 minutes after delivery or anything, but I'm always a bit thrown when I hear people say they're not planning to tell ANYONE for the first few days. It seems so mean to the family and friends who are closest to you.

Absolutely LOATHE that dress. Colour is drab and dress is so boring. She looks gorgeous (as usual) but honestly, doesn't a part of her die inside when she's putting this stuff on?!

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 01/05/2019 13:14

Maybe the baby is a couple of weeks old and arrived before Easter and the Queen did meet him / her on Easter Sunday.
Perhaps Harry has been sent out as a decoy.
To keep a royal baby’s arrival hidden in this day and age is quite the coup.
I think we’ll hear Friday. As pp said, Prince Charles is going to Germany next week and they’re not going to want to distract from that visit...

AudacityOfHope · 01/05/2019 13:18

I feel the same about the dress @BlingLoving

Not a single piece of interest in that outfit, from head to toe. Why must she always look so very drab? I hesitate to say it but she is so slim too that there are no curves even, to add interest, or to make dressing a bit more interesting.

Becles · 01/05/2019 13:31

Looking for a laugh?

megletthesecond · 01/05/2019 13:33

The dark green dress isn't overly exciting but it's well tailored and does the job. Love her dedication to the nude shoe.

motheroftinydragons · 01/05/2019 13:33

Ah @Becles it's been zapped Grin

QueenOfTheAndals · 01/05/2019 13:38

Deleted fairly quickly but I'm sure there was no shortage of poster to agree!

I knew I shouldn't have gone to do the ironing...

BigGreenOlives · 01/05/2019 13:49

I think I’ve missed 2 threads completely, I hope that the DofS gets on and has her baby soon.

UrsulaPandress · 01/05/2019 13:54

I agree. That dress is grim. It’s the 1st May. Would hurt to wear something a little more springlike.

queenofarles · 01/05/2019 14:01

Kate's dress is beautifully tailored, but i really hope she starts wearing more exciting shoes.

SenecaFalls · 01/05/2019 14:09

I like the dress. I'm wearing that same color today. Spring doesn't necessarily mean you have to dress in pastels and bright colors.
