Previous thread.

And let's stick to critiquing the outfits rather than the wearer!

I really hope these women don't need the services of an orthopaedic surgeon later on. Some of those shoes are definitely not feet friendly!

Paradyning · 30/12/2018 22:51

I think Meghan already has. She has that scar in the side of her foot that some say is due to surgery.

princessbear80 · 30/12/2018 23:07

Meghan’s shoes are amazing. I especially love the Aquazzura heels with the bow at the back. I bought a similar pair from New Look in the summer, for a lot less money!

QueenOfTheAndals · 30/12/2018 23:10

@Clionba Maybe if they wear them
all day every day. A few hours every few weeks probably won't do any harm, especially as they'll be driven to and from events. They're what my friends and I used to call "taxi shoes"!

OP posts:
Paradyning · 30/12/2018 23:17

They are like Kate's LK Bennett ones too!

Laiste · 30/12/2018 23:19

Car to bar shoes :)

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 31/12/2018 06:21

These are only snatched shots, but anyone else noticed how stunning Lady Louise is slowing becoming.
She is now 15 years old; I think Sophie has done extremely well to keep her dressing her age; smart but make up free and natural so that she flies under the press radar.
I think in a few years, when she suddenly starts wearing makeup for the odd occasion, the press are going to start noticing and photographing her a lot more.
It must be hard in this day & age to keep your child in an age appropriate environment. It would appear that Louise is a country girl and is being raised in the Zara Phillips mould rather than the York girls

He too suffered from his mum becoming Queen Fairly young.
IPromiseIWontBeNaughty · 31/12/2018 08:14

Just watched the KP twitter best bits. Think that’s their answer to the alleged rift.

Fingers crossed rift story dies a death.

WipsGlitter · 31/12/2018 08:34

I agree Lady Louise looked lovely yesterday.

VamillaSugar · 31/12/2018 09:26

I wish mum mum had bought me a Hobbs coat when I was 15 Envy

certainlymerry · 31/12/2018 09:54

I see the DM is featuring photos of Kate out shooting. Now what's the agenda around that I wonder? Someone invited the press to come and take photos in order to make a point. Meghan versus Kate again, but why was it done and who engineered it? The press didn't just happen to be there.

QueenOfTheAndals · 31/12/2018 10:01

It's also headline news in the DM that Meghan got more screen time than Kate in the KP 2018 film. Um, that'll be because Kate was on maternity leave for a good part of the year...

What makes you say that? A pap with a long lens could get a shot like that - Sandringham isn't all fenced in like Fort Knox, they could have been a mile away and got a snap. They probably wanted to get shots of the RF shooting to have another dig at Megan and getting some of Kate will have fulfilled that, but they've papped them before - quite a few years ago now there was a minor furore about HM necking a pricked bird retrieved by one of her dogs - so it's not unprecedented for paps to be there.

QueenOfTheAndals · 31/12/2018 10:12

Who knows @certainlymerry but there are enough anti-blood sports people around for it to not reflect poorly on Meghan.

TSSDNCOP · 31/12/2018 10:15

Those Kate shots are years old, even the Fail has had to say they date from pre 2010. It’s yet another flagrant attempt to create spite between two women after their Riftshite propaganda fell on its arse.

BertrandRussell · 31/12/2018 10:33

Royal Family support blood sports.

Who knew?

beanaseireann · 31/12/2018 11:13

I wonder do Viscount and Viscountess Rothermere ever bump into W&K or H&M socially ?
Viscount Rothermere is the chairman and controlling shareholder in the Mail.
An interesting encounter one would think, if they do meet.

Pupsiecola · 31/12/2018 11:23

I thought the same about Lady Louise. She looks very grown up all of a sudden. She was born shortly after my first DC and Frimley Park hospital wasn't far from where I lived in Woking and was a choice for my DC's birth but we went elsewhere. I do remember Louise's birth quite well and felt very sad at the circumstances and aftermath. Thank goodness it was all okay in the end.

Does LL go to boarding school do we know?

ChairinSage · 31/12/2018 11:30

Lady Louise looks like she's becoming a fine young woman - that Hobbs coat is lovely. I've watched her growing up as my DD is the same age.

Is there a fashion rule about how to dress girls, the same as boys and shorts? I noticed she was always photographed wearing a traditional girl's coat and flat Mary Janes until recently, now she has a mid-height heel and a more adult coat or dress.

QueenOfTheAndals · 31/12/2018 12:59

I think Louise is at St Mary's in Ascot. No idea where James is schooled as it's never been revealed. He's rarely seen in public anyway.

I find it distasteful that Kate shoots birds and ducks. What pleasure can she get from killing living things.

PawneeParksDept · 31/12/2018 13:34

James Severn is only 11, therefore if he was going up to Eton or similar its two more school years yet.

They are a very quiet, respectable family, with zero attention seeking, and the Press oddly respect that

user1457017537 · 31/12/2018 13:37

They do have an intake at 11 at Eton but I think maybe Prince Harry went at 13

Parker231 · 31/12/2018 13:37

Read an article with Mike Tindall saying that their daughters wouldn’t be going to boarding school as they wanted them living at home and educated locally. I thought - good - just because you are a part of the RF, no need to send your DC’s away for school.
