So today I am at work and I'm wearing this Banana Republic knit dress that I bought last winter but have only just been able to wear, with black knee high heeled boots. It's really elegant and I love it!

I bought a bikini from J crew last week for baby swimming (this top and these bottoms). It didn't arrive in time so I had to wear my old bikini for the first session, then when it did, I realised it didn't suit me as well as my old one (this Melissa Odabash one), even with my stomach out I think because it is a dark colour it made me look really stumpy, which I found really interesting!

Red we get together every six months or so for a very long lunch and Prosecco (not compulsory ; ) and have a great time and a laugh

My Stories order arrived yesterday, can't believe the delivery was so quick. The jumper is going back its completely different to the picture. The cord trousers looked lovely on. Very flattering but they are so wide and I just can't see myself wearing them anywhere. The velvet trousers are lovely, definite keepers. Flattering fit and just the right length. I think they may be a little short for you shop I can measure the inside leg if you like?

Justa I have those cord trousers in navy. I get lots of compliments when I wear them. Normally with trainers or ankle boots and fitted top or jumper. They are quite high waisted, have to make sure I don't eat too much!

justa I’ve been following more of your skincare advice, am now using an oil cleanser as you pointed out the oil is only in contact with your skin for a minimal amount of time. A dermaquest one, its a revelation. Also using the niod vit C serum. Feels a bit sticky but is only for nighttime and doing a good job so far so I can live with the texture.

I did a very Vogue thing today, got a cab home from work as it’s raining and had forgotten to spray my suede Acne boots.

I saw matches private sale has started and NAP (with measly 25%) but am being sensible and avoiding. A blue velvet Staud handbag I bought this time last year and have worn zero times is a good reminder (although I don’t regret it and will defo use it one day).

I’d love to join the 2nd March MU btw for whoever is organising. Xx

Yay! Mara is back taxi sounds very sensible I'm sure it would cost a lot more to replace ruined Acne boots. I keep an old pair of shoes in my boot just in case.
Stokey you are making me regret sending the cords back. I'm sure you can carry them off much better than me though.

Not sure about being a skincare guru I forgot to put moisturiser on today before foundation. I looked dry and cakey all day! I use this vitamin c. I use it in the mornings after hylauronic acid followed by moisturiser. Its not sticky or greasy at all. I don't use it at night as I tend to use retinol and niacinamide and they can cause sensitivity used with vit c.

No Matches or NAP preview for me they never send me anything. Prob for the best though

The March MU will be great, sad not sad I can't make it but will be in warmer climes. Am always up for a mini/weekday mu.

Am currently drinking coffee deciding on ootd; think it will be grey stripe wide legged trousers (m&s), grey Jagaer polo and stans. It's a miserable day here but seeing lots of lovely people at work will make up for it.

I am also following closely the skin care advice here ... listening for the mo and maybe in 3 months when my current products run out I will try a change.
I have been using at night the L Occitane overnight reset serum but I really cannot see difference... in the past I used the Khiel one and was much better for me .
I suppose I am just looking for for radiant and youthful look

Been to see DF. He is improved but we're working from a low base I think. Still a long way to go.
