maradesbois · 26/09/2018 18:49

I’m a maybe for mu but will do best

Flummoxed on the nc

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 26/09/2018 19:04

Can't say about the MU, we may be gone at the end of november, depend son MIL and her surgery/when she has it/how shes recovering. Dp is going up to see her this weekend so will talk t her then about it

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 26/09/2018 19:09

How is mil One, is she still in hospital?

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 26/09/2018 19:28

She is still in hospital, turns out, she actually went in with bloody sepsis so a lot more serious than she was letting on. She's hoping to be home at the weekend but i don't know if they'll think she's fit enough, she's doing a lot better but obviously not there yet

FedupNagging · 26/09/2018 21:53

Sorry to hear mil is so unwell One, hope she has a speedy recovery.

Pretty sure I've guessed Amibeingnaive

Am also a maybe for 1st atm

shopafrolic · 26/09/2018 22:24

December is out for me probably.
Worked the NC out now.

kittyhello · 26/09/2018 22:25

I know who you are Grin has the stalker gone? Angry

Inspired by dress/skirts and boots convo on here I wore my navy Lola dress with shoe boots and NO TIGHTS Shock I quite liked the look. Also wore the dress without a vest underneath as it was too warm. It's quite low cut - for me.

I should be okay for Dec 1

shopafrolic · 26/09/2018 22:38

To those who were at the MU - the November trip I mentioned is a go. ILs have come up trumps. Thanks for all giving me the shove I needed x

kittyhello · 26/09/2018 23:32

Yeaay great news Shop so glad you're going. xx

Fairysnow · 27/09/2018 05:09

I think I know the name change Smile.

Outfit I spotted on the way into work this am: white trainers, black jeans, white t shirt, burgundy nails, gold chinky bracelet, small burgundy leather cross body bag, grey cashmere knit knotted around shoulders. I am going to try to copy with my burgundy Chloe Drew.

Fairysnow · 27/09/2018 06:10

Chunky not chinky!

Fairysnow · 27/09/2018 06:31

I am hovering over a pair of the Chloe mid-heeled pumps - those of you who have them, have they been a good purchase?

maradesbois · 27/09/2018 08:45

Shop woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!! Am going to give you loads of tips/suggestions as know that area so well. Will message you.

fairy I love my chloé mid heel pumps. Mine are pale nude so only wear them in summer but so comfy and really nice shape. The scalloped edge stops then being clumpy. They run large though, would say go down a half size.

Also Bernice how did I miss the horses on your dress?! Thought it was an abstract print, love it all the more now!

One Flowers for mil, hope she will be home soon. Sepsis terrifys me.

shopafrolic · 27/09/2018 10:52

Oh brilliant Mara yes please. I will be on my own most daytimes I think - will try and find out where we'll be staying.
Meant to ask you - how were those jeans your ordered?

DryWhiteagainW · 27/09/2018 21:14

Bloody hell.....I’ve got a do tomorrow, a “dinner thing”,no dress code Confused ...... black top, heels, nice top is safe but disappointing. Might just over dress and be fabulous .......NO IDEA......I’ll have less than an hour after work to change.......sod Brexit, this is a PROBLEM

DryWhiteagainW · 28/09/2018 07:43

Grin
kittyhello · 28/09/2018 08:34

Dry you'll nail it. Is it for a special event, ie birthday or charity event or a meal? If it's for an event perhaps wear party clothes, if for a meal something more staid? The party events at the tennis club the dc belong to, some of the women dress as if they're in an episode of TOWIE Grin

Shop you have to go for Blingy's heli option on arrival.
