It's such a shame that their customer service lets them down. It's inexcusable really. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I've just placed an order for the relaxed crops in flowery/midnight as they looked so fab on..... scratches head..... Was it you Dave?Head like a sieve!
And the cleo jumpsuit but I might look like a sack of spuds in it so we shall see! Ordered from JL so pick up 2mo.

Just keep the dress. I can understand it. Try and sort the loose threads and then badger them for some money off. They may not give it to you and they may say return the dress and then your kind of stuck with it.
Or sort the dress at a dressmaker, then bill them for the repair. They suggested it.

The dress is faulty. All they have to do is get you to return the dress and refund it in full, or repair it. It is good CS to find you a replacement but they don't have to find you one. They are under no obligation to offer you a discount.

That, as I understand it, are your consumer rights.
