Got to say I'm a bit fucked off with Hush CS.
No size 8 came back into stock today, despite assurance that whilst they couldn't guarantee it, there was a very good chance as they had a load coming back. Noticed this morning that a lot of sizes were back in, but whaddyaknow..not an 8.
In my desperation for this dress, I emailed CS again and asked if I could keep the damaged dress at a discount and mend it myself..OH said he would have a go at fixing the hook as he is a much better sewer than me!
Got an email back saying their preference was to wait and send me another dress, but couldn't give me any assurance they will get one.
I went back again and argued my case, and she bloody came back and said for me to 'get the dress repaired, send them a receipt for the cost and they could refund that to me'!!!!!!
So angry...I went back nd asked her how much she expected me to invoice them for a snagged dress and that my OH was going try nd fix the hook, so no I wasn't going to be able to send them a bloody receipt, and if they didn't offer me some further options I would return both dresses for a full refund and think very carefully about ordering anything else from them again 
I have given them 7 days to send me another dress, but they haven't responded to my last (cross) email, I reckon they're aiming to not bother now as CS closes in 15 mins.
Sorry for the rant, I'm just pre-menstrual, upset and feeling a bit like crying as I really wanted to wear the dress tomorrow
I don't get out to see my old friends much these days and the weather is meant to be nice..it's so annoying.
Meh.
