Hello @dontcallmelen. I am a Jamie jeans lover but am enjoying wearing something different for a change. I would definitely try the dresses with ruched skirts- Tasha, Tara and Venice. The ruched skirts themselves and the denim skirt.

@redtulip12 yes I think they would be a good start, I have a ruched navy dress from boden, which I bought last year & think it looks quite nice on.

If you are a size 6 watch Hush's sizing as some things are made pretty big. I think you are in luck with the ruched skirts and the dresses as they are pretty true to size or even a neater fit. I tend to buy a small in Hush but would buy a medium in the ruched skirts/dresses as I don't like them tight, so you have leeway.

dontcallmelen I am 5 foot and quite small. XS in Hush is usually OK but teir sizes do come up big so I do end up with some styles swamping me and having to return. But I do have a lot of Hush clothes and I am in my early 60s

Hi, glad to have found this thread! I am loving all things Hush right now and have been spending like a mad thing but so happy with my new looks. It started with the marina dress...followed by a couple more (I'd forgotten how good I look in black dresses ) and now I've discovered the cropped trousers. And jackets! I bought the Audrey jacket in black after trying on the white one in John Lewis, it doesn't seem to be great quality but it's a great summer jacket, I'm trying to smarten up a bit at work and it is perfect to lift an outfit from casual to smart. Oh and I also bought the military jacket in green which seems very good quality so I'm going to buy it in pink. Must stop now and wait for the sale .

I'm off to the USA for a couple of weeks and plan to wear the alanis dress for beach-casual, with sliders, and the cropped harem trousers with espadrille wedge sandals.. the thought of wearing these is seriously adding to my excitement about the holiday!

I also have the green military jacket and went back and bought the pink too! They're so soft and I love that they have a bit of stretch in them yet also feel really hard wearing. Love them with trousers and also over a summer dress.

So cherries what did you go with? I have on leopard Ivy , hultquist gold and silver long star necklace, cropped black leggings and gold Saltwaters.. it might be a bit 'out there' for little ol' IOW

Laska only once! A woman on my local beach wearing a pair of Harem pants. Only a handful of my friends have even heard of Hush. Never seen anyone else wearing it at all. Mint velvet often have very similar stuff to Hush and I see loads of people in that.

It was 5C at 7am, so in the end wore contrast stripe trousers with the grey ‘love saves the day’ sweater with green embroidery and silver trainers. Have long line vest underneath in case I get very hot. Quite glad though, as sircon on train is freezing. Only 15 mins till we’re there . Credit card twitching.

My friend recognised the Tara dress first time she saw me in it but she gets annoyed at the sizing and so doesn't buy stuff from there. She's also the only other person I know who wears COS. We live in the sticks though, Joules and Boden are classy round here.

These hanging hush clothes are teasing me now just waiting for this baby to come and I can try them on properly!

A raglan tee and cest si bon jumper are going back because sleeves are too long and I got the raglan in pink but prefer the blue after seeing it on poster above thank you!

I think it looks fab Cherries - would be lovely with smart black trousers or equally good for a more casual style with jeans.
