Ended up in MArc JAcobs Lola today, was a xmas gift a few years ago. pleasant enough for what it is and certainly wont make anyone hold their nose in disgust or horror!!

I too am interested in checking out your wardrobe fancy i love seeing what other people have! may also be interested in a decant or two depending

Happy Easter everyone!

Still struggling to find scent to suit the discongruous weather/season. Heading to gym before hordes arrive. Settled on OML Indigo into the Night. Listed notes: cognac, black tea, blackcurrant bud, jasmine, cedar, labdanum, osmanthus, rum. Deep, dark and richly arromatic, but not uber heavy and not at all sweet.

Happy Easter all. SOTD is Pharell/ Commes de Garçons Girl - thank you Sock. Love this- lots of violet, iris and woods.

Have a lovely day and may you all stuff your faces with chocolate. Just ordered a FB of SLC from 4160 to get my fix - better for the waistline!

Sotd should be AT incense rose really...suitably church-esque 😀
But I think it will be obsession - tbh anything is better than my current scent of eau de pancakes (Sunday morning is pancake morning in this house!)

SOTD is 4160s Paradox. This opens quite nastily imo, with a lot of petitgrain and begamot. It smells like the stagnant water at the bottom of a forgotten vase of flowers and it's not nice. However, thankfully after about 10 mins the violets start to come through and it starts to turn into a bright, pretty parma violet scent. I'm slightly baffled by the top notes tbh but it's worth sticking with.

liberty I keep thinking that I've got Iris Silver Mist but actually it's Atelier Cologne Silver Iris, so I'm going to be no help Grin

SotD Cape Heartache by Imaginary Authors. Strawberry and wood, with touches of evergreen and damp cardboard Confused

No chocolate until DD is back from work. Fruit pie and custard for breakfast.

SOTD Demeter new baby. Really like this. Baby powder but without that headache inducing note, a lot lighter and a tiny bit citrus

I like the sound of this Girl! Love violets! Will have to try and hunt some down.
SOTD is penhaligons halfeti. The only good thing about this grim weather is that I feel it's still okay to wear all these woody-spicy scents.
I looked like death warmed up today (no sleep last night due to poorly toddler and me being 9 months pregnant) and bumped into a wonderful very well groomed friend while out on a desperate walk to get DS to nap. I actually felt quite fabulous thanks to the halfeti (until I looked in the mirror and remembered what I looked like)! Perfume is wonderful.
