It's so annoying when you get hooked on s product from a stash which is no
longer available.

Can anyone recommend anything from the current elvive range?

Er.... for when my current stash is used, obviously

I did a MYOBAC last year for her and she loved it , and asked for another one this year .
Obviously the products need to be different ( a bit) but last year I got a Tarte cosmetics duo mascara (bargain from QVC) which was a one-off.

So I;m looking online and planning (waiting for M&S to do their 20% off Beauty so I can get online and snap up some products)

Just to add to the mix , she cannot abide coconut !

Oh, many many years ago, there was a green lipstick that changed . It went the worst shade of pink on me , proper Barbara Cartland !

Has anyone actually ever finished up a lipstick? I think only have once and that was ages ago when I was a teenager.

That's what I was trying to remember 70is Magic Lips.
I remember them well. There was a pink one, a red one and I think the other one was a peach shade?
They were cheap and looked awful but I remember them fondly, that and that properly sticky lip gloss you could get, it was called something ??? Girl.

I’ve never finished a lipstick. I rarely wear them. I have 4. According to dsis one is too light and the rest far too dark for me. I’m giving them a try. If I really don’t like them I’m going to ditch. They’re all open and some are old so I can’t regift.

I may venture to Bobbie brown or Mac and see if they can find me my perfect every day lip shade. But not yet. May wait until I’ve finished more of the stash.

I do use lipsticks until I finish them, but I have a stash of lipsticks in a tin box and there must be about 20 that have not been opened. It just takes so long to use them up.

Hi can I join 😊 been following for a while. This morning I used up herbal essence Argan oil shampoo and conditioner, liked it but wouldn't buy again as planning to go sulphate free. Also used up the last of my glam glow mud face mask- absolutely love this stuff!! Unfortunately I don't love the price 🙁 Can anyone recommend an alternative?

Suze- Aldi have an AMAZING dupe if the glam glow mud mask at the moment for £4,99!

Things I don’t like about lipstick. The fact it rubs off. My poor coffee cup is a bit of a state today.

Sorry about the job loss @AnythingButMagnolia . It's rubbish isn't it? You'll get back on track with something hopefully more to your liking. Try to do little things each day towards getting the job you want, and continue to look after yourself for your own wellbeing

@ememem84 to add to your 'things I don't like about lipstick' list I'd like to add that it makes me look like I'm performing in pantomime. Even Mac Velvet Teddy, which is my best neutral.

@AnythingButMagnolia, I didn't pick up on your job loss in your original post. I echo everything TeaAddict says about looking after yourself. At least if you've got a good beauty stash you can sit in front of your laptop in your pyjamas I did this myself earlier this year, looking fabulous. Last week RiskIt4Biscuit was wearing false eyelashes to work from home, I can only aspire to that level of glamour. I sympathise Anything, it's a grind but you will find something.

How are you @Experiment627? By that stage I was barely able to keep a civil tongue in my head with DCs 3 & 4 but you 'sound' very chipper.

I eke out the last bit left in the holder with an old Touch Eclat brush I use as a lip brush.
Particularly my now discontinued beloved Mac lipstick.
I have about 100 lipsticks / lip glosses.
I am an addict

Good news on the job front. I was offered a part time role today. I'm chuffed as it's quite senior (although sadly not that well paid....more of a paid voluntary role, if that even makes sense). Anyway, i thought I'd totally flunked the interview with all my down to earth talk but apparently not

My first thought was to treat myself to a body shop matcha green tea mask
