Laska my postie turned up in shorts today too! Hat, gloves, scarf, bit coat, complained it was bitter. I just looked at his legs

Good old postie made it through the snow..
Embroidered green sweat , lovely good fit in a small, the xs was a little tight on the arms.
Ss Sloppy joes again good fit in a small but will return the yellow one as already have the Love sweat and it is exactly the same shade.
Layla dress absolutely lovely although may now need the shoes to match . Interested to see what you think of it theonlyoneiknow

You are all enablers have ordered the grey cashmere scarf which wasn't even the sale one l was originally looking at, the star embroidered tee and some harems in medium (my small feel just a bit too small) Not expecting them until end of next week with current weather situation. Postie made it here! I'm amazed! Can I have honest opinions on this Florence Skirt please.. I actually quite like it, the fit is quite snug but I think if I sized up it would be too big. It's very thin, wouldn't have paid full price for it I don't think.

I think it looks nice. I have it aswell. It is snug on the hips and tighter than my other one. It looks good though.

Thanks never Just out of interest what do you wear with yours? I've just tried mine with black heel boots and biker jacket which looks nice for a dressed down night out but not sure if it's really casual wear...

I have worn it to work a few times but my work is kind of casual really. I usually wear mine with black. I have a long sleeved top that sits over the waistband and loosely. its just a nice length so as I don't like things tucked in as it emphasises my tummy! I usually wear tights and biker boots or some fly London wedges that I have. I also wear a long black cardigan. I would avoid any fuss on blouses and tops and keep it plain as the skirt is quite 'fussy' at the front. I think what you suggested sounds good. To make it more casual - biker boots or even maybe some plain black trainers [ I often do the tights and trainers but they would have to be black]

I would also wear thick black tights with it for now as you have on.

Yours looks longer than mine actually. I wonder why? Mine is above the knee I am sure.

I'm 5'7, but Hush seems to be a bit unpredictable with its sizing judging by some of the posts on here. I was thinking plain black trainers/pumps might be good for a more casual look. Think it's a keeper, it's nice and a bit different.

Hi everyone, another Hush addict here! I’ve been following this thread but haven’t posted until now. Couldn’t resist and placed an order just before the code expired - I got the longline military jacket in khaki and the star embroidered skirt. Anyone else got these?
@ellapaella I love the snakeskin skirt on you! I have the same one and got a lot of compliments on it (paired with a crew-neck cropped cashmere sweater in black).

Ella looks good on you! Nice length and will also be good for spring as it's quite floaty/light fabric, with bare legs and plain black t shirt and flat black sandals. I'm porkier and shorter than you so will see what it's like on me when mine arrives tomorrow... on you it's a thumbs up 👍

Is that the skirt described as ‘ballerina pink’, Lucky? I love the look of it but want to make sure it’s actually the peachy colour it looks rather than the pink it’s described as before I consider ordering.

Meant to add all sales/clearance seemed to disappear off the Hush website today but still available in JL site...I never really noticed before but guess March 1st must be their cut off date for winter sale...maybe a mid season new sale is coming?

Hi , postman (wearing trousers today!) brought my larger (sz12) Liberty shirt .. it is much bigger. am keeping the 10.

We had no post today. Not sure if it was the weather or just no mail. Mind you, I walked down to our small town centre and ALL the shops were closed!!! Tesco opened at 11am. It was so thick we were all walking on the roads.

We've had some on IOW , but not that much but a killing cold and high wind and what has laid is now freezing..they reckon more overnight but we may miss it . I wont be going into work tomorrow anyway (luckily I have my work laptop here and an internet access to system 'key' so can work from home) ..Woul d have 14ml of iced-up hilly road to navigate if i tried it ..

I live in the North West of Scotland, just outside Glasgow. We had a red alert for yesterday and this morning and now its amber. The weather has been awful. Blizzards, snow is knee deep and its freezing. Schools all closed.
