Number 81! The days are getting longer, and we're looking forward to shedding a few layers for Spring, while remaining stylish of course. If you love talking fashion and new buys, come on in, all welcome! Gin Wine Brew

Sending good vibes and fingers and toes crossed Blair - hard to do but try not to worry until you know what the issues are with the cars. SMP is shit.

Everyonelovessparkles · 24/04/2018 15:47

Sorry to hear about the cars blair, but try not to worry about it until you know for sure what the situation is (easy to say I know....) Flowers

I really like this star top and this sparkley rainbow bag - I’m a sucker for stars, stripes, rainbows and sparkles Grin.

kittyhello · 24/04/2018 16:27

Hello, I should be working but sod it, I haven't posted for ages.

Marsha glad dd's MRI scan went well Flowers

Love that star top Every

Shop just google Puerto Portals, it sounds very chi chi, I think I'd google famous people whose dress sense you like when they are on holidays. Don't laugh but I like Colleen Rooney's I'm the same shape as her, she wears great Vix bikinis usually with a Missoni cover up, cut off denim shorts with Gucci belt, LV Neverful as a beach bag etc etc Obviously not for my budget but in essence she keeps it pretty simple.

Blair I really hope your car bills are much lower than anticipated.

Yves glad you had a great mini break away with dh, I love the Hermès sandals.

Mara I'm a maybe for the MU, need to check if dh is on holiday, it's all up in the air.

There's 25% off 1 item at Stories today so have bought

tropical print dress, a huge step away from the norm but I'm bored of sludge

rainbow top, I'm desperately trying to brighten myself up

grey tank

Really hope I like them as I desperately need some colour in my wardrobe.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 24/04/2018 16:53

Thanks everyone. :)

Fedup and Everyone all your links are lovely. I love all the rainbow stuff in the shops now too!

Sending positive vibes Blair, things will be ok honest.

Who was asking about teeth whitening? I’m v happy with the results. Do it every year. First time was v sensitive but worth it. Next time not so. Love it.

Reluctantly wearingbopaques again....this time last week I was in bare legs Angry although it’s really sunny out. I’ve loved having my ankles out. Think I’m done with boots until autumn.

DryWhiteagainW · 25/04/2018 07:54

And I’m loving my raw edged jeans.....worn all weekend. Feel quite trendy (for once Grin )

FedupNagging · 25/04/2018 10:24

This is almost identical to my ootd except trousers are grey check and brogues and jumper are navy. I love it!

Dry it was me asking about teeth whitening & as my teeth are already sensitive that is my main concern.

Lovely pretty dress Kitty - hope you like your buys. Also really love the TB blouse linked by Everyone

Blair hope the car situation isn't as serious as you thought; try not to worry too much - 1st baby is so exciting but slightly daunting when you think too hard about drop in income etc but it will be absolutely fine.

I don't normally wear floral prints but have seen a couple of Sanderson fabric t's in Uniqlo and think they'd look nice with white wide legged trousers on holiday - what do you think?

Outfit looks good fedup, I can see you in that. Not sure about the T’shirts, I think I prefer the white one but not sure if it would be too much white with white trousers as well? But it might look good with navy or cropped jeans?

The weather is certainly fresher here today as well. I’m still braving bare legs Shock but I will be mainly indoors.

Nice buys kitty, I like the stripey jumper. Good idea to google holiday outfits / look on Pinterest. I do find Pinterest quite helpful for suggesting ideas.

My spotty Boden dress came and I am pleased with it. It fits really nicely and can be dressed up and down, so I think it will get worn a lot.

cardoon · 25/04/2018 14:30

Dry, could you say how the sizing is in those jeans please?

shopafrolic · 25/04/2018 18:10

Waves to Cardoon
Fedup not sure about those prints. Think you'll have to try.
I wanted this Uniqlo top but dithered and now it has sold out :( If anyone sees it in a Medium in store please shout - I don't have a Uniqlo nearby unfortunately.
DH has a vomiting bug so the last 24 hours chezShop have been fun Envy (puke face not envious)

shopafrolic · 25/04/2018 18:11

Oh and the Mango bag came back into stock today but I dithered over that too and now it has sold out again. (I can't seem to get email notifications on it for some reason).

libertyonhertravels · 25/04/2018 19:50

Oh so annoying Shop. I love that top. There isn't a uniqlo in NZ which is a complete pain as so much of my wardrobe comes from there. For work today I am wearing a midi length tan pencil skirt and olive green v-neck merino cardigan from there.

I'm dithering too over a second hand Gucci bag... want to go for it but feels very indulgent when we have just bought a house Shock

I am way behind here so apologies for lack of comment on links, will sit down with a cup of tea at the weekend and have a proper look.

Blair big hugs. SMP is crap and it's a shame your employer is so tightwad. The 6 month / year maternity leave can be tough going financially but also your spending will change, going to work is expensive! Is your DH on board? I hope your not stressing alone. TBH even when you get back to work nursery / childminder will mean your disposable income is less for a few years. But you will get through it. And fingers crossed the car bills are not as high as you think.

DryWhiteagainW · 25/04/2018 21:46

Cardoon the Jack Wills skinny cropped with raw hems? I went a size bigger. They actually are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever had....I have a small waist and bigger bum, absolutely no gape on the waist which is miraculous.

Fedup I might copy that look tomorrow

YvesKleinBlue · 25/04/2018 23:00

marsha in case you are still looking for a dress for that Italian wedding dress

It’s navy and has, if you are breastfeeding, easy boob access. Wink

I was browsing the outnet and thought of you when I saw this.

cardoon · 26/04/2018 07:24

Thanks Dry, I'm a 10 but never very sure what to do with inch sized jeans Confused. I'll maybe try 29", does that sound right?

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 26/04/2018 11:13

Lib thank you :) yeah, it's the downside of working for such a small company, luckily it's not all bad. How is your new job going? It's so exciting about your house, you're really getting settled!

Shop I hate it when I dither and then miss out - I'll never know whether dithering meant I didn't love it enough, or whether I'll regret it forever! Hope your DH is better.

Marsha I saw this designer on Wolf and Badger and thought of you for a dress for the wedding - something like this especially.

Ooh links thank you Flowers

Back later to look

DryWhiteagainW · 26/04/2018 19:31

Cardoon I think you'll need a 28. I'm 8/10 depending on anufacturer. 26 in Gap Ans Paige Jimmies ...

cardoon · 26/04/2018 20:05

Did you get a 26 in the JW ones?

Everyonelovessparkles · 26/04/2018 20:59

Ooo blair there are some pretty dresses in your link.

Quite liked my OOTD today - navy ankle grazer jeans, navy striped flamingo t shirt from last year, navy blazer and coral scarf and navy ballet flats. Not very exciting but looked good.

Given my love of personalisation, I got this shopper bag from next. I’ve used it a lot on the school run already and is pretty good value for the price.

DryWhiteagainW · 26/04/2018 22:23

Sorry Cardoon I sized up and got 28.

cardoon · 26/04/2018 23:39

Thanks Dry Flowers

MarshaBradyo · 27/04/2018 09:08

Off topic question - what are you deciding to do re FB? If you’re on it

The targeted ads thing. I don’t want random ads but at the same time I’m torn as knowing where I shop in rl sounds annoying. Can’t decide
What are you doing?

MarshaBradyo · 27/04/2018 09:13

Love the dresses Blair, Yves and Everyone Flowers
Very close to what I want, atm wondering if there’s anything at Liberty as I have a voucher and lovely gift card

MarshaBradyo · 27/04/2018 09:19

Blair how did it work out with the car? Hope it’s ok
