Number 81! The days are getting longer, and we're looking forward to shedding a few layers for Spring, while remaining stylish of course. If you love talking fashion and new buys, come on in, all welcome! Gin Wine Brew

One thing this spring? ooooh probably some kind of mac/trench coat. I'm a bit lacking in coats/jackets to wear when it's not warm enough to go without but too cold to wear my winter coat

blair from now on, the time will pass in an absolute blur, you'll be about to give birth before you know it! A friend we have has a bay due next month so we are going out to pick out a few bits for him and his partner this weekend, they too are having a baby boy Smile

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 23/03/2018 12:14

argh, damn no editing but i meant when its too warm to wear my winter coat but too cold not to have a coat of some sort, not whatever rubbish i typed above!!!!

FedupNagging · 23/03/2018 12:31

Lib great news on the job - well done. Also pleased you have found a place to live that you're really happy with.

Blair a little boy Smile, love baby boys (& girls, but I don't have any of those) in romper suites and dungarees sigh Love the sliders.

Blingy sorry to hear about your dd's troubles; hope you get it sorted

Marsha waiting to see what will happen with your dd must be frustrating but at least you're being well looked after. I can second Costco for garden furniture and John Lewis had a great display in store recently.

Queen glad you had a nice time last weekend -you're the second person to recommend that play.

Hmm, not sure what ONE thing I'd buy this spring - maybe a long cashmere cardigan
this caught my eye but would like it in a silver grey (& about £400 cheaper!)

FedupNagging · 23/03/2018 12:32

Did someone mention they had a M&S discount code a while back? Think it was on here - if it's still available I'd love it please

maradesbois · 23/03/2018 22:11

Hello All,

Lib so nice to hear your update, big congratulations on the job!! Am sure you’ll settle into your new place in no time. I had forgotten the h&m dress but looking forward to getting mine out again come (proper) spring.

Fedup I love the cream jeans your cardigan is styled with, pity they are the row £550 Shock

Blair a little boy, how wonderful. Will you start buying some things now or wait longer? I am struggling with dates for mu but will post some options asap, reminds me I will reply to your message QueenC.

Marsha Hope you are bearing up ok, it sounds like dd is in excellent hands, the nhs is unbeatable when it works properly. Oh and summer champagne on the west lawn sounds like my kind of date! This afternoon I ended up googling garden furniture instead of working on a job application (your fault) but couldn’t find anything I liked apart from some teak scandi armchairs. We have rattan sofa and armchairs and a wooden table which I leave outside in winter, is comfy with cushions on and has worn well. The rattan stuff needs to be a heavy weight I think to stop it looking cheap. In the meantime here is a pretty picture for you, apparently Sharon Stone’s garden!

Morning Voguettes! Some lovely lovely news from Lib and Blair. Congratulations to you both!

This week has been a horrendously busy one. From a fashion point, I did buy this Reiss trouser suit which looks really good on. I have also been wearing the new diamond rings I got a couple of weeks ago. The one dh got me for mothers day is very pretty.

I linked the Twist and Shape machine that we got for our home gym last weekend. It's brilliant and would really recommend.

I have decided I would quite like a messenger or cross body bag. I won't pay lots for it so any ideas let me know. I have a small Radley one that I use but it doesn't comfortably fit my purse so I think I need a medium sized one

DryWhiteagainW · 24/03/2018 23:04

Marsha One thing for spring?
I don’t need anything, pretty happy with my wardrobe but I’m going to get a pair of these to replace my well worn pair bought in 2012. Not exciting, but so useful esp for work.

DryWhiteagainW · 24/03/2018 23:07

Oh and I’m chuffed to see my mules on Does My Bum Look 40........could I be on trend when the trend is actually on and not 2 years after?

Blair lovely news about a little boy.....fab

DryWhiteagainW · 24/03/2018 23:09

I love these too

libertyonhertravels · 25/03/2018 05:24

Those peacock mules are gorgeous Dry.

So exciting Blair, a little boy - lovely!

I thought I'd link some Kate Sylvester (NZ designer) as I am just back from a very pleasant afternoon browsing the shops.

I think I will buy this blouse. Lovely fit and I think I would wear it or work with my navy Hobbs pencil skirt suit but also with jeans and heels for a night out.

I seriously loved this dress One to watch for the sales.

Another good dress

libertyonhertravels · 25/03/2018 05:30

I'm also lusting after this sweater in the steel (petrol blue)

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:17

That’s a lovely blouse lib
blingy have you looked at coach?
marsha one thing? Not sure. Probably a blouse! I wish spring would hurry up_i haven’t been able to wear the pink trainers yet.

I’m about to do a high street edit....

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:19

Can anyone do yellow? I really like this but would look awful on me

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:20

for lib

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:21

Love this colour but I don’t like silk

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:25

gorgeous colour that would look amazing on me and blair

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:26

for dry

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:30

LOOking at my emails it appears that I ordered this at midnight last night. I’d completely forgotten Grin. Totally not the weather for it yet but I know from experience that their cotton dresses tend to sell out quick.

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 08:38

for fedup

DryWhiteagainW · 25/03/2018 09:33

Oh Sunday links ....great QueenC
I saw that Warehouse dress and thought it looked very good.......only for the small chested.....damn, may well order now.
Liberty fab links, I can see you in all of those.

Happy summer time all.....I’m sitting in the sunshine with my windows open......fantastic (until the snow arrives next week Shock )

DryWhiteagainW · 25/03/2018 09:38

No, I’m not ordering because I don’t need another dress......

and I bought this summer dress with a big discount a couple of weeks ago......great if you short, no bust and go in and out .....all natural fibres too. Will wear with Gigi’s of course ......when it stops snowing.

FedupNagging · 25/03/2018 10:07

No sign of any sun here Dry - its cloudy and chilly so I'm rather envious.

Lib the Kate Sylvester blouse is so pretty and I love the flitch sweater, such a gorgeous colour.

Perfect holiday dress from Warehouse Queen and Dry I can definitely see you in the Gap dress.

I've been trying to look at the Boden sale but the website is ridiculously slow so I've given up.

Also been online window shopping and a few things in my basket from M&S, Phase Eight and Jigsaw; can't decide whether or not to hit the buy button...

Oh and my MV top was reduced by 50% 2 days after purchase so gave MV a call and they're refunding the difference - well played MV.

We had 8 for dinner last night (not laughed so much in ages) so now I must face the devastation that is my kitchen and dining room!

Everyonelovessparkles · 25/03/2018 10:23

blingy I have this fossil cross body bag and love it. You can fit quite a lot in it but it’s still very neat. They have a reasonable selection on the fossil site and I find them pretty good quality for the price.

congratulations blair on the boy. There may not be such a wide selection of boys clothes but they are very cuddly!

Great news on the job and move lib. The Kate sylvester stuff you linked loks really nice.

I like the warehouse sundress queenc, agree we need some sun now. Come on spring!!

There have been loads of sales on recently but I have been good and not bought anything. Though I did buy the pink bangle i linked a while ago and this
top which is due for delivery this week.

Not sure what is on my spring /summer list as I seem to have loads of summer clothes. I do want a nice basket bag for holidays but other than can’t really think of anything I need (though there’s always stuff I want Grin)

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 11:47

I’m not flat chested but hopefully the dress may be ok. Love the gap one too but their dresses never fit me right. I do need new summer dresses-the current linen ones I have from next are very tired looking as they’re a couple of years old now.
everyone I agree, fossil are great quality

QueenCapri · 25/03/2018 11:48

Love this one
