Hello! Can I join?

Pleased with today but looks more corally on me. Not sure how it'll look when I get down to the bit with massive white patches though!

BlackSwan79 · 01/12/2017 20:08

I'm in! Pleased with the lipstick, going to try it out tomorrow. I did read the list of contents a while ago but have forgotten them all now. I think the value for money is brilliant.

kmmr · 01/12/2017 20:38

Second day is not what I had predicted, but still very good quality. Not something I've used before, but will try it out since I have it!
(Just to tease you UK ladies!)

kmmr · 01/12/2017 20:41

Hand sanitizer DuncanDonuts! The horror!

My toddler is opening them for me, along with his calendar. I said to him this morning, what do you want to do today? Quick as a flash he says "number 3".

problembottom · 01/12/2017 20:59

This is my first beauty calendar, DP kept it hidden and I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was when I saw it today. Impressed with 1, I’m short on lipsticks and it looks very pretty although not tried it yet.

MaccaPaccaismyNemesis · 01/12/2017 21:04

Really pleased with the lippy, and very good vfm as it would have been £20 just for that 👍

problembottom · 01/12/2017 21:05

I

RJnomore1 · 01/12/2017 21:21

Is anyone else tempted to open tomorrow's just now? 😂

Arsenicinthesugarbowl · 01/12/2017 22:16

Just opened day 1 as I’ve been working till late. Very pleased with it. Looking forward to tomorrow [fwinkXmas Smile

These beauty calendars are unknown in Australia. I had this one sent from the UK for a very reasonable fee (considering the size and weight!). It's my first one, they were just starting when I left the uk in 2014. I think they are so much fun!
I've sent this one to my sister in Hong Kong too, so we are opening across time zones.

I'm thinking of importing them next year. Such an untapped market! Also kids ones. Best you can get here is the odd themed chocolate ones.

Jaimx86 · 02/12/2017 07:07

Day two - not as 'wow' as day one, but I use this exact product so it's great to have a new one. It's good quality.

I'm being vague as it feels too early for spoilers.

RJnomore1 · 02/12/2017 08:09

I'm quite happy, actually already bought one of these for my dds stocking, will be keeping this one. Tested it and seems good.

Yes too early for spoilers! Especially on a Saturday.

RJnomore1 · 02/12/2017 08:10

Retails at £15/16 too. Calendar is paying for itself already.

caggie09 · 02/12/2017 08:15

Dont use this product, got one similar in one of last years calendars and didnt end up using it. If i end up with a bundle of stuff i dont want im going to sell itSmile

GrumpyOldFucker · 02/12/2017 08:54

Similar for me -another good value item at 15 quid but I already have similar and it's a bit too dramatic for me.

Would have preferred a charcoal grey.

On a more positive note, I'm loving the lipstick from yesterday. Really out of my comfort zone but I think from some selfies that it really suits me.

WildImaginings · 02/12/2017 09:21

I'm very impressed so far!
I usually use liquid matte lipsticks every day for work because of their staying power, but day one did look lovely so think I will give it a go today.

Happy with day 2 also, I think this calendar is going to be great value!

missfliss · 02/12/2017 09:28

I'm loving the liner! It's really easy to apply and a proper fine nib. Not sure on staying power yet, but happy so far.

Wearing yesterday's lipstick too!

I'm a bit cackhanded at eyeliner but this has worked really well.

This is a bit more glam than usual for a Saturday at DS swimming lesson!

I opened this calendar over a month ago - need to replenish lots of make up and face products so I figured this would be better value, hence who opened it all. I have a Liberty as proper advent calendar!

Anyway I’ve been using the lipstick and eyeliner on a daily basis over last 6 weeks. The lipstick changed from red to pink as it goes down and is perfect for everyday wear. The eyeliner is very good.

BluebellGal · 02/12/2017 10:18

^apologies for the terrible grammar- that’s the predictive text, not me. Need to review my posts first!

BluebellGal · 02/12/2017 10:18

missfliss you ‘look fantastic’!

problembottom · 02/12/2017 10:26

Very happy with 2, love the way you’ve done it missfliss and the lipstick really suits you. I tried it last night, will be a great every day red. Impressed so far!

loveka · 02/12/2017 10:26

So glad this is here! I had M and S last year and loved it.

I adore yesterdays lipstick. The eyeliner I may regift as I still have tge one from last year!

snowflakestar · 02/12/2017 10:34

Very nice, missfliss.

I don't wear eyeliner so I'm a little disappointed today but at least it's out of the way!

That's interesting Bluebell - thanks. I'm sure my lipstick will get pinker as it's quite white further down. I will make an effort to wear mine daily too.
