Loved the round up blingy.
Shame you dudbt find anything shop, sometimes I think RL shopping is a disappointment - queues, no sizes, jumble sale etc
I don’t think I bought too much this year and most stuff I did buy I wore a lot. I think making a list of gaps or things I wanted prevented me from making too many spontaneous purchases. I was also better st sending back things if I didn’t love them.
These lee jeans were a good fit for me and I also have them in black, and I’ve worn them lots.
My Boden blackberry dresses (not this pattern) continue to be greet in the summer. Though this only applies to the ones I bought 2 summers ago as the recent ones are a slightly different fit and I don’t like them.
This white lace top was also a good buy and I’ve worn it a lot and have even worn it recently with a cream polo underneath and it looks good. So thanks to dry for making me take the plunge after eyeing it up for ages.
The warehouse rainbow dress has been a good buy as I’ve worn it so much already.
I’ve had less duff purchases this year, though the grey embroidered oasis jumper
(That I think dry has as well) did not wash well and soon went out of shape and looked old quite soon. A black pair of trousers from warehouse that I wanted as an alternative option to jeans, were never really what I wanted but kept them when I should have sent them back. The spotty Boden dress I got in blue (that lib has in green) I never felt great in, so I think I’ll relegate it for when I’m working at home in the summer. I think the spots just don’t suit me. But other than that, I’ve been pretty happy with most stuff I’ve bought. I think I understand my lifestyle a bit better now so am buying less ‘fancy’ stuff and more multi purpose items.
This year, I think I’ll make a list again and try and stick to it and continue to send stuff back if I don’t love it. I also want to spend abit more on hair cuts as I can be lazy at getting this done, but it does make a difference.
