Dh is wrapping and has hogged the tv on a rare night I actually wanted to watch tv so i will do some links instead while sipping prosecco.
This year, I didn't really get much clothes but from the white company, I did get these cashmere bed socks for one person and cashmere joggers and cashmere zip up hoodie for another. Someone mentioned recently whether they should get cashmere joggers - absolutely yes. I have the iris and ink ones, they're brilliant. While i got the hoodie as a present, i also got one for me, although doing that link has made me wince, as i used a 20% code but see that it's now 40% off.
I also discovered Katie Loxton so i have bought this coin purse and this money money money purse and stuffed both with notes which i am sure the teenage recipients will love.
Make up: I got the chubettes by Clinique and Stila liquid lipstick set.
Beauty gift sets: Jo Malone festive affair set and body creme collection, as well as khiels body care set. I also made up a Lush gift set of coffee face mask, chocolate lip scrub and lime lip balm for a teenager. Oh and a rare moment of organisation, in mid November, I decided to gift beauty calendars as early Christmas gifts to a few people so i got the M&S one and the Amazon one.
For blokes: bvgalri man gift set and Tom Ford Black Orchard face scrub and after shave balm for dh.
While my year has been utterly pants if i just focus on health (I still suffer pain a year on and high heels are a dream) and work (I have just not enjoyed this year as suffering from multiple political back stabbing) but i have had the most amazing experiences. i wanted to pass on a small bit of that feeling and so my non-S&B gifts to my family have mostly been experiences.
