Shop that's a very good question! I think it's age 12. It wasn't tight either as i wore a kiddies t-shirt underneath it.Confused

Do you think clothes manufacturers are expecting a 12 year old to have big boobs these days????Shock

FedUp - Christmas apron, awesome! This is only the 3rd time in the last year. Once at the party I went to with Lib, then at wedding last week (was even able to dance in them but i wasn't on my feet all night). I will be in flats now for the rest of the month! But it is tiny tiny steps.

justasecond · 09/12/2017 11:34

Just popping in to say happy belated birthday dry hope you had a wonderful day!
Will catch up properly later x

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 09/12/2017 11:39

Morning everyone :)

Our Christmas tree goes up today too. (Dh's next task after he finishes fitting my car's new battery!) We might go out as well, just to look at bathroom tiles and a walk in the park. It's so cold but a beautiful day.

Love the sound of the apron Fedup!

Blingy your outfits this week sound ace. It's nice layering up for the cold while still feeling stylish.

I finally tried on my silk wrap shirt. I think it might be one of the most beautiful items I own... the way it hangs and drapes is just stunning. Will definitely be looking more at small brands now, as I think that's where the best quality is likely to be. (I discovered this brand through Wolf & Badger)

Hope everyone has a lovely day :)

DryWhiteagainW · 09/12/2017 19:14

Oh Fedup I was given an apron for my birthday that says “this house is run on love, laughter and gin” —my friends know me well— I’m saving it for Christmas Day .

Out to a party tonight. Trying a new look, for me at least. Black cigarette legs, burgundy shell top, burgundy Pour La Victoire stilettos, Reiss very fitted sb black blazer, very bling collar type necklace, Gucci Disco. DD said I look like I’m going to work Shock I think I look ok.

DryWhiteagainW · 09/12/2017 19:18

And I’ve just been thinking about how much I really love make up. Started wearing it every day when I was about 16 I guess and love the whole ritual of applying it. Love doing it differently at night time. Love buying it.love the packaging. Love how much better it makes me look.

Happy belated birthday Dry

Everyonelovessparkles · 10/12/2017 11:45

Happy belated birthday dry. Hope you had a great day. WineCakeFlowers

Did you decide what to do about a dress to the party shop?

We’re supposed to be going to Lapland UK today so typically it’s raining and was snowing earlier. Hope it’s going to be ok...

No fashion news. No Xmas parties to go to so am trying to be good. Can’t believe Xmas is only 2 weeks away! I was organised but my momentum has faded away and now I feel totally unorganised.....

Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

AmberNectarine · 10/12/2017 12:00

Hello all,

Currently catching up from a hot bath. Have done 3 nights out in a row and off to the Capital fm Jingle Bell Ball tonight to see Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran which I'm excited about. Breaking out a VERY sparkly sequin dress for the occasion. In tomorrow night then a lot of gadding about for the remainder of the week. Love December!

Happy belated birthday to dry - mine is in just over a week. Where does the time go?!

Longislandicetee · 10/12/2017 13:19

Oh have a great time Amber! The next 10 days are pretty full on. (For us!). We are spending a quiet day at home today, finishing Christmas decorations and cards - hoping to catch up like Everyone. As it's chilly we already have the Christmas candles burning and lots of Christmas songs. Poor dhGrin

Today's "fashion" is a red Christmas jumper over a Me& Em layering top with my blue gapkid skinnies. My engagement and eternity rings are currently at Tiffany's for their annual service is i have free reign to wear yellow gold without worrying about metal clash. So today it's a tanzanite and sapphire gold ring, a gold Gucci bangle watch, gold trinity bangles, and a blue topaz earrings.

shopafrolic · 10/12/2017 20:35

Best snow day ever. Our neighbours were doing brunch for friends who cancelled because of the snow. We got invited over instead and had brunch and sloe gin, then hit the champers and made a day / eve of it.
School is cancelled tomorrow so miniShop is beyond excited. Feeling very festive right now.
Amber have fun.

DryWhiteagainW · 10/12/2017 23:04

bag would be on the top of my SS wish list, lovely

Longislandicetee · 10/12/2017 23:31

Quick one, this has nothing to do with fashion but I figure I can look like an idiot amongst friends.

I have just been doing our Christmas food bank shop. I am using a list of things they say they urgently need to do the shop. All fine till I got to..... "Tinned meat that can form the basis of a hot meal". I am stuck.Blush I can only think of corned beef. I have searched tinned meat which brought up cat food and tried to search for tinned, filtered by food cupboard. That's not bringing up nothing. What on earth am I supposed to get??!! Blush you can see why I asked here! and yes lurkers I know how this looks
thanks for your help. (Have checked out for now but it's for Wednesday delivery.)

shopafrolic · 11/12/2017 09:44

Spam or corned beef? Or tins of sausages?

OP posts:
OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 11/12/2017 10:15

look for things like corned beef, tinned hotdogs, tinned ham or tinned spam, oh and tinned fish, like tuna that sort of thing blingy and don't worry, it doesn't 'look' anything, you are asking a genuine question not being snobby!

Ugh, another chest infection! managed to get in with the doctor this mornign and im now on antibiotics and steroids. glad i went today before it got worse, my chest is a real weak point for me!

shopafrolic · 11/12/2017 13:46

First link for the blouse was the only one that worked for me Dry

OP posts:
libertyonhertravels · 11/12/2017 19:44

Links didn't work for me either dry.

Blingy tinned fish the way to go. Tinned salmon is great in fish pie also tinned sardines are very nutritious.

My only fashion news is the wonder of Olaplex. I had it put in with my colour and I bought the home top up treatment to use once a week. My hair has never been so shiny and easy to style.

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 11/12/2017 19:56

ho ho ho, the injury fairy has done her visitation and to add to my chest infection i have broken my wrist!!! two weeks before christmas, it just had to be didn't it! I fell forwards up the stairs, my feet got in their own way and i felt the wrist go, that old familiar ping! i wonder if i can get bandages with bells on them for a bit of festive cheer Grin

DryWhiteagainW · 12/12/2017 07:46

Oh no! Perhaps new iPad has an issue with links Hmm —prépare yourselves for odd typos as predictive text is super speedy and sabotaging me already—

FedupNagging · 12/12/2017 08:08

Poor you One, is your wrist in a plaster cast? How long does a wrist take to heal? Sending lots of positive vibes your way.

Nice top Dry. Can't comment on the rest Grin

Does anyone have the M&S advent calendar? I'm enjoying opening opening it everyday and am mostly pleased with everything so far.

Stay warm everyone!

libertyonhertravels · 12/12/2017 10:37

Oh one that's awful. I hope you aren't too uncomfortable.
