Hello everyone!

I thought I'd start a new thread since we bought so much stuff we filled up the old one! Who's coming with me?

I'm 5 ft 5 and a bit, Dahlia is a perfect length on me, just on the knee. I love it so much I've just ordered the new Blossom star one which is the same shape but with a frill down the front. I would size down though. I have Dahlia in a 6 and I would normally be an 8. It's quite roomy.

jalopy · 11/11/2017 09:35

I've just received my christie coat and indeed, it's full of creases. I don't want to remove labels until I am entirely happy I can get the coat to look crease-free. Any ideas?

ilovecherries · 11/11/2017 11:28

As I was still mourning the demise of my wide jersey top, I snagged a return yesterday. It's in black rather than grey, so hope it's missing the concertina pleats of the last one. Though after ordering, realised I had the grey in small and this is a medium, so it may be too big. Will see.

neveradullmoment99 · 11/11/2017 12:22

I have the medium cherries. I much prefer it. Its longer but I am a 10-12. I like it being roomy.

neveradullmoment99 · 11/11/2017 12:24

I had the small when they just came out but it smaller and shorter and I tend to order a small in these jersey tops but wanted it to look like the model - baggy and long. You may be pleasantly surprised but i suppose it depends upon how you want it and what size you are.

Shopgirl1 · 11/11/2017 12:40

Has anyone tried the Odessa skirt? I’m considering it, but at 6ft wondering what the length will be like on me. Looks long on the model, but reviews noting it is shorter in reality.
I like the snake scarf too...although the price not so much!

chloechloe · 11/11/2017 12:55

jalopy Hang it in the bathroom and put the shower on as hot as it will go. The steam will hopefully get the creases out.

I ordered it. Its really flattering. I returned it as the one i ordered had a few loose threads. Length wise it was really good with boots. Mid calf but i liked it and it . It could look frumpy but with biker boots it gives it a bit of an edge. I may re-order it [ in the sale] Spent loads at Hush. Time for a break.

FizzPopping · 11/11/2017 15:01

I've just ordered the Leo coat in a medium, think I probably needed the large but thought it was worth a try as it's been sold out for a while so must have been a return. Not sure if I'll feel able to pull it off anyway but glad to get a chance to try it. I've been looking for a cheaper alternative for ages but not come up with anything. Has anyone got it?

Shopgirl1 · 11/11/2017 15:30

Think I will order the Odessa skirt and see what it is like on me.

ilovecherries · 11/11/2017 15:53

I saw the Leo in JL, it was gorgeous. Good luck with the fit!

Theonlyoneiknow · 11/11/2017 16:56

Does anyone know what the scoop is with international delivery/returns? Thanks !

Fishfingersandwich3 · 11/11/2017 17:37

I have also ordered the Leo coat, just waiting for it to arrive! I hope it is a good fit. Interested to know if anyone else has it.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/11/2017 19:07

So how did everyone get on with their new purchases? The Leo coat? Is it nice?

ilovecherries · 14/11/2017 20:46

I got all excited on Friday because I got a dispatch email about my jersey top. But according to track and trace, it's not even with RM yet.

FizzPopping · 14/11/2017 21:05

Similar story here, dispatch email but not showing any progress yet so still waiting for my coat.

Wouldn't suit me at all but the devore Greta dress is lovely. What else are people waiting on?

chloechloe · 14/11/2017 21:46

theonlyone I've ordered from Germany and paid £9 for delivery and €7 for a return (part order). You have to pay both ways it's really annoying. I only order things where I am pretty sure they will fit and suit but my last order I really messed up! If I have anybody coming over to visit I tend to try a few more things and then get them to take the parcel back and get a free return from the U.K.

I'm in Ireland and if you pay by PayPal they will refund your postage up to

cessie322 · 14/11/2017 22:09

Whoops, I posted too soon! PayPal will refund postage for returns if you have used them for payment. You can do it a few times in a year, you just send them a pic of the parcel with the postage clearly visible on it. I've used it a few times with no problems. www.paypal.com/ie/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

neveradullmoment99 · 14/11/2017 22:28

They have a few new things on their website. I ordered the sparkly easy dress. More like a tunic though.

miffy2 · 14/11/2017 22:42

cessie322 that is really interesting about PayPal, thanks for that!
I mostly use parcel motel for UK deliveries and I pay the €3.95 delivery fee and €3.50 return fee (UK part of the delivery is free with RM).

Must remember about the PP though as sometimes I like stuff to be delivered to me directly.

cessie322 · 14/11/2017 22:51

I didn't know about the €3.50 return fee miffy! Is that with parcel motel as well? I've used them to deliver, you can still use the PayPal free returns if you've used parcel motel. Also parcel Wizard are great, they do the same as parcel motel but they don't use a locker, they'll deliver to an address of your choice, I use them more now and then use PayPal free returns if I need to.

miffy2 · 15/11/2017 11:22

Yes, it costs €3.50 to print a returns label with PM. You choose Royal Mail as the retailer and put the label on the package along with the RM label that comes with the hush delivery. Then scan it in at your motel.

Returns can be slow enough with PM though and you can’t track it once it’s been handed over to RM. I must check out parcel wizard too.

ilovecherries · 15/11/2017 12:57

Argh! My jersey top made it to the Carlisle delivery centre at 4.44 am today. That's good because I live near Keswick, so that's only 20 miles away. Then RM sent to to the bloody Isle of Wight!! There's a oops message on the tracking to say it will be retrieved from there as soon as it arrives and re-routed. If it arrives with concertina stripes like the last one I will be very annoyed. I know, first world problem.

Fishfingersandwich3 · 15/11/2017 19:39

My Leo coat is here and much as I want to love it, the shape doesn’t suit me, it’s too boxy, so it’s going back. I also have blonde hair and think it’s quite hard to pull off (after reading another thread on here about animal print coats!) I do love the Camo jumper though, that is staying and I think i’ll get a lot of wear from it this winter. I was disappointed with the ruched skirt, it was too short on me. I’m 5’9 so quite tall but would assume the models in the catalogue are taller than me and it’s not as short on them!
