Hi all. The last 48h have been the shittest in my life as dh confessed to an affair . I can’t tell you how broken I am.

From now on I will have to rein in the spending but my last big purchase is going to be a Tiffany ring or two. I feel naked without all my rings as I have taken off engagement/wedding/eternity rings. I figured I will try and sell them to recoup the money. I just can’t decide which ones to get...

I thinking the infinity knot to symbolise me and the dc. I’m pissed off as he recently bought me the heart one from there but I can’t wear it now knowing he was fucking her behind my back at the time he bought it.

for you Queen The infinity ring is a nice idea - maybe wait a while before you purchase though. One of my best friends went through the same and she got a tattoo!

I've been looking at the advent calendars and can't decide. L'Occitane was originally top of the list but I really love trying lots of different/new products so maybe Look Fantastic or Asos - will probably end up being M&S though!

I had a very disappointing day shopping recently - nothing was quite right although I did find out Mint Velvet do a short length in their trousers so came home with black jeans. Will definitely look at more of their trousers.

I have my eye on a couple of Hush jumpers but not going to link as am going to wait for the sales. Also a really nice l/s tee in MV but not worth the £70 price tag.

I'm meeting friends for lunch today so will wear new jeans, jalouse boots and possibly BR black silk shirt.

Waves to Blingy - I have just got back from a week away in windy Devon with family, and then had DSIL and nephews over the weekend so been busy. It was actually quite warm last week and I wore my Uniqlo down jacket but didn't really need jumpers as well.

It was good to catch up, I am also very impressed with Shop's bendyness and of the Blingy wardrobe tour. Yay Everyone for the ring, it's stunning! And Dry's bag is lovely too.

Blair the place you went with your nephews is where my DH was for a work ‘conference’. It looks so good, am thinking about taking DS this week. Was it busy?

Shop remind me the style of yoga you're doing? How many times a week, I'm do yoga but have been in the beginners class for a year as I don't think I'm bendy enough to move to a more advanced class.

Blair I ordered my belt from NAP and it was in stock so received it straight away, got the 80 cm first and it was fine but would be no good if I put on weight, so exchanged it for 85cm which is still fine but won't be any good if I lose too much weight. I still love it though and like wearing it with an all back outfit.

I've bought another Primark blouse which I'm really loving atm, sadly can't find it to link but cpw will be pennies at this rate!

Kitty I do Ashtanga yoga. The group are working to get to the point where it becomes a Mysore (sp?) class so we all practice in our own time alongside each other but I have a way to go before I know what to do by myself!

So sorry QueenC can only imagine how devastated you must feel. There's lots of advice on the relationship pages, can sometimes be good to get support from strangers.

I too would hold off buying anything special for a bit. You don't want to have something beautiful that reminds you of how let down you've been, IYSWIM.

I’ve ordered the infinity ring. I get what you’re all saying about not making a purchase yet but honestly my fingers feel so naked especially my wedding finger. It won’t necessarily have bad memories attached to it. To be honest every time I see my naked fingers it has bad memories. My gorgeous dd bought me a ring from accessorise which was so thoughtful of her.

Shop not busy yesterday, but there was 1 display we were hoping to see that they said wasn't happening because they were getting ready for half term, so I guess they expect it to be quite busy. Your DS will love it! I'm only a few miles down the road (home one direction, work the other!) so it would be fab to meet but I guess that's not really possible as you'll be going in the middle of the day :/

I saw these boots and thought of you because they're inspired by Jensens and also good for dancing!

kitty that's good on the belt, I can't remember which size I got but I did get extra holes in it so I can wear it on hips or waist. Need to get my money's worth!

kitty I'm sure I could have got it done at any cobblers (or DH would have given it a go, watch straps are his thing ) but I actually went back to Gucci, silly I know!

Yes the museum (next door) is good too! Not sure if you have to book for the plane as I remember going there and not being able to get on as it was full.
