I just had a delivery from &OS - a couple of sale purchases...
white oversized sweatshirt - I tried this on instore but thought it was massively overpriced so I'm pleased to have grabbed it in the sale.
and this hoodie The detail on the hood makes me smile :)

Boden order cake and is going back. Top felt very cheap for £75 and was a weird cut (8 a bit tight but the 10 would be huge) and the dress was nice but again the waist was in a weird place for me. But never mind as I have my cherry jumper and this beauty.

I love the red Marmont but can see the flats are more practical. Trouble is would you be worried about ruining them, Justa ?

I've only worn the Missoni boots once outside (twice in the office) and feel like they're already showing the signs. The soles are so delicate.

Stokey I always get my delicate leather soled shoes resoled with rubber ones at Timpson - slightly goes against the grain considering the £££ spent but they do last longer.

Have you made a decision on the shoes yet Justa? The marmont are lovely but you'd get more wear from the loafers I guess and they're a classic shoe and unlikely to date as quickly. God, I'm sounding far too sensible!

Fed up I have ordered the marmont this morning as I am leaning more towards them at the moment. I think you might be right shop will report back on Monday!
stokey I usually get the rubber soles added too as the leather ones are just not practical esp on a boot. I need to get my IM boots done as I didn't do it last year and the soles look quite worn already.
I like both of those stories tops shop can picture you looking fab in them.

Had a lovely morning shopping with Dd1 yesterday. She got some great green velvet leggings & biker boots from Zara - the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!

Then spent a loooooong time in Smiggle & Tiger, getting party bags sorted for her 8th birthday. Lovely to hang out though.

I’ve bought lots of stuff but returned all of it. Mostly because it wasn’t right, but one pair of trousers I sent back because I was being sensible but goodness, they looked fantastic . Would have needed new boots to go with them though so just wasn’t sensible...

After trying on gazillion pairs of black boots to go with dresses I finally bought these. Not the most exciting purchase but right heel height, don’t make my legs look stumper than they already are, comfortable to walk to work in and will open up a whole new wardrobe possibility of wearing dresses during the day.

Now I’m going to indulge us all with fantasy shopping...

The highlight of my day today has been her telling my DH how hot I am
Lovely day. She wears leopard well that one. And I got a tour of Blingy towers with a good nose through the wardrobes. I have now offered my services to sort her wardrobes out (nearly wept when I saw a YSL sweater crumpled on it’s hanger - was compelled to straighten it out). Lovely day. Great company. And miniShop loved being able to eat chocolate ice cream on the sofa.

Evening! I have had a fab day. And oh yes people, Shop looked H-O-T! Her bum looks very very nice in the jeans but while I was tempted, I resisted giving it a squeeze. Nonetheless, MrShop may not come round again as when she was out in the garden briefly playing football with the kids, i sighed and said to him, "God, she has lovely legs". He may be on to me.. (By the way i loved the top he was wearing!)

QueenC, I think poor Shop is traumatised after seeing my house. She saw my dressing room, my bling cupboard with the bling casually hanging about and has seen how badly my poor bags and clothes get treated

I didn’t get to steal anything QueenC don’t panic. But I would LOVE to get involved in her next clear out. I love nosing through other people’s clothes
What’s on your list? I can’t have one this year - my jensens are it.

I also got a tour from miniBlingy of her wardrobe which was possibly the cutest thing ever.

Oh and i bought 2 pairs of shoes last night. Finally got the Gucci Marmont shoes which have sat in my secret Pinterest board for while. And also these Prada velvet shoes. Was a v funny moment when i was telling dh about it in front of Shop, I charged it to his card, because i can't find mine. I thought MrShop was going to faint.

Yes my adorably precocious miniBlingy, insisted that Shop had to look at her wardrobe too.
