Hello I am back from my holidays and nearly forgot about the stash of Jo Malone stuff

Anyhow has anybody managed to swap anything in store? I have the amber and lavender bath oil it stinks.

bumwad I managed to swap, but not at a standalone jo Malone, it was in a concession, and I had to lie and say we'd lost the receipt. Also, take the black dot off the label with brush cleaner 😳

Not only have I not had any freebies but yesterday I received a notification from the post office that I had an item waiting for me where the sender had failed to pay the correct postage and it would cost me £2 to collect. Curiosity got the better of me and i paid up only to discover it unsolicited mail was from Jo Malone thanking me for my recent purchase.
