Got a free 100ml bottle of Basil & Neroli and a free home candle today with two purchases. So did most of my friends. Anyone else? Anyone know why?

I never realised the hand massage was complimentary! Explains why there's always a row of people at the bench. Do you have to purchase something first or can you just ask for it?

Been wearing the B&N ever since, it's gorgeous, soooo summery and light and lasts like nothing I've ever worn before. Completely different from usual light florals and I love it.

M&C candle is a gift. Red roses candle is to keep, roses are always my favourite. And peony and blush shower oil, can't decide whether to keep it after all..... Can anyone describe what it's like to use?

I got the 100 ml H&M free and the 100 ml orris & sandlewpod free, someone told me I smelt incredible yesterday in the o&is.... result! I bought two shower oils which are amazing, such a treat in this rainy summer weather we are getting, thanks OP so nice to treat myself

Got all my orders. I wish I had cottoned on when I read the original email and nabbed some early room sprays, candles etc. Great gifts. Delighted with what I have, although I am not sure the B&N smells as nice on me as it does on my SIL. She is getting one of them for her birthday anyway. Thanks once again OP.
