I was disappointed with the dress. Herself and her hubby look so happy. I am looking forward to seeing the second dress. The little ones look so cute.

Roger is so gorgeous, inside and out. His wife must think she has died and gone to heaven

Is Meghan in the helicopter??? I am dying to see pics of her and Harry.

bakedbeansandtuna · 20/05/2017 15:02

I like it. I'm trying to decide if I prefer her's to Kates!

love looking at dresses...

EmeraldIsle100 · 20/05/2017 15:02

I hope Kate changes out of her dress, not crazy about it.

bakedbeansandtuna · 20/05/2017 15:03

Kate's actual wedding dress I mean, not the one she's got on today.

ThreeForAPound · 20/05/2017 15:05

Not a fan of the fabric of her dress, but the cut is great and she looks lovely.

Kate looks....tired.

eddiemairswife · 20/05/2017 15:13

Kate's dress was very matronly. I think the bridesmaids' sashes should have matched the boys' trousers.

lostlalaloopsy · 20/05/2017 15:14

I like the dress, very pretty.

I do however feel very sorry for the page boys - their outfits are terrible!!

WindyWednesday · 20/05/2017 15:15

Kate looks like she was a bit heavy with the blusher. Looks like I do trying to to get ready with the dc running around and interrupting me trying to make an attempt to put make up on.

YouWouldntLetItLie · 20/05/2017 15:21

My first thought was Wallis Simpson too. Very, very elegant dress, but my eye was drawn first to the rippling arm muscles, and how very narrow she looked. Full marks to Eugenie - that's one of the nicest outfits I've seen her in.

And love the gypsophelia on the attendants. So pretty.

OlennasWimple · 20/05/2017 15:23

I thought the dress was beautiful, and fits her like a glove

Donna Air wore long cream - bit of a MN wedding guest faux pas...

"I'm trying to decide if I prefer her's to Kates! "

I think that they both suited the occasion iyswim.

I think though that overall Pippa looks way better that Kate did.

I think that Carole looks really nice-much better than Kate!

EweAreHere · 20/05/2017 15:24

It's a lovely dress, although I preferred her sister's.

However, not as impressed with Kate's outfit today. Seemed so 'old' and matronly, something someone considerably older might choose to wear, not a young woman in her 30s.

BuzzKillington · 20/05/2017 15:29

I love Pippa's dress - it's perfect. I bet she'll change into something that shows off her fab figure for the evening.

Kate looks frumpy and polyester-y.

First time I have ever seen Eugenie look nice.

LaLegue · 20/05/2017 15:30

Like (not love) the design but there is something odd about the proportions - waist seems too low.

I thought exactly the same thing when I first saw it. It's as though she couldn't decide whether she wanted it to be flared from the waist or flared from the hip so it went somewhere in the middle and makes her look oddly elongated in the body. Confused

However, only in certain side-on photos does it look like that, in others it looks perfectly proportioned. I think it's really beautiful and the waist thing is only a minor gripe. It is stunning.

SamanthaBrique · 20/05/2017 15:32

Perhaps she didn't want to upstage the bride, although she could've gone for something more youthful. She dresses far too old for her age, even for a Royal. Sophie Wessex is at least 15 years older but frequently looks more modern.

Bluntness100 · 20/05/2017 15:39

I think pippa looks lovely to be honest. I'm never hugely impressed with the way she looks but hats off to her she looks beautiful on her wedding day, the dress is gorgeous, her make up perfect as is her hair. They both look very happy.

I don't like Kate's outfit either, but I also suspect she is trying to blend in and not make this day about her. Fair play to her.

Does pippa have no bridesmaids?

SinglePringle · 20/05/2017 15:39

I also LOVE the children's outfits.

WindyWednesday · 20/05/2017 15:42

I thought all the little girls were bridesmaids Confused

YoungBritishPissArtist · 20/05/2017 15:45

As well as Prince G and Princess C, one of the bridesmaids is a countess Smile

LuluJakey1 · 20/05/2017 15:48

I think Pippa looks lovely. I love Kate's outfit- colour, length, style. Carole looks great too and Donna Air. All very understated, and classy. But oh there are some sights! The woman holding hands with Spencer Mathews for example.

lenny2011 · 20/05/2017 15:49

Wedding dress lovely but not fussed on the high neck. Kate looks lovely but outfit way too old fashioned for her. Would have been hard for her to head to Coast and pick up a wee bridesmaid number though!
Must say groom not much of a looker is he?

LuluJakey1 · 20/05/2017 15:51

I think the dress is deliberately cut to make Pippa look 'longer'- she is actually quite short and has a bit of a body:leg proportion issue sometimes apparent on photos. She looks beautiful today and very happy.

diddl · 20/05/2017 15:52

"Must say groom not much of a looker is he?"

Well tbf, neither is Kate's!

Puzzledandpissedoff · 20/05/2017 15:58

Must say groom not much of a looker is he?

So glad it's not just me ... Blush

LaLegue · 20/05/2017 16:01

oh I love the neckline. I think if you are very slim and toned with a nice taut neck/chin, why wouldn't you want to have a lovely demure neckline like that? It's really elegant.
