Pippa's dress is a bit much around the neck for me but doesn't she look lovely :) I see a lot of Kate in her face today!

I think her dress is lovely. Kates dress and hat are dreadful, and why is the nanny wearing the full nanny uniform ???

Why would you even take a nanny to the ceremonial part of a family wedding?

I can understand using one for the night do etc., but not the day stuff. Seems bizzare to me.

I would think that as it is a formal occasion the nanny would be expected to wear her uniform.

I think her wedding dress is really beautiful and her and Kate look a bit "1940's" in style . I'm glad Pippa has ditched the orange face , she can look abit severe like Mrs Simpson with too much foundation on . Carole looks abit boring , I thought she could of gone more frilly or Lacey to fit in with the 1940's style .

I suppose the nanny is there in case Charlotte needs a nappy change or something or they have to be taken out for some reason. Kate can't really leave the ceremony.

Yes, the pantaloons are a bit Siegfried and Roy but it's the only time I've seen George look like a normal kid, he's given such Von Trapp/Enid Blyton garb. Ghastly page boy outfits are a great leveller!

I think Donna Air and Roger Federers wife look the best dressed women by far.
Pippas dress wears her, rather than her wearing it. Too heavy for her light frame too much going on with the high neck.

Kate looks washed out in that colour.

Like Pippas dress, kate's looks like something an old lady would wear, but then she often does look like that

I love Pippa's dress especially the keyhole back. My mum had a high-necked wedding dress and I've always found them so elegant.

BTW, Pippa's arm muscles are fantastic - serious gymspiration for me there!

Lovely. I'm glad she didn't go mermaid/strapless - sick to death of those and make everyone look a weird shape.

I can see Dot Cotton from EE in Kate's dress. I still think it is beautiful though she is so young for it.

Doesn't George only wear the Enid Blyton garb for official photos/occasions? I heard when he's out and about day to day he wears regular kids clothes. It means he's not as easily recognised.

@Cavemum - yep. Nanny doesn't dress up for park either. You wouldn't actually recognise them apart from the photographers hiding in the bushes pointing lenses at them. Though I think that's stopped now.
