I like the way it looks like a trypical family wedding (yes I know the cost is excessive etc etc) but.... sister helping out, the kids being asked to be quiet and overall lots of smiles. Looks lovely

Like Pippa's dress, hate the colour of Kate's. Doesn't the church look stunning with all those beautiful flowers!

toffeeboffin you are so right, he is my secret lust object , shame he is the father of four and happily married. in real life he is even better looking than his pictures IMO, and his skin is the most gorgeous honey colour, very lickable (chance would be a fine thing)

The sad thing about that traffic light outfit is how much it probably will have cost I hate sheer black tights.

The dress is fine, just a normal looking wedding dress. Not mad keen on the neckline though.

I agree Carole's dress is beautiful. I'd have preferred it with long sleeves though. I think the 3/4 length make it look a bit casual. Beautiful collar neckline, pleats, buttons and length and great colour on her.

I really like Pippa's dress but some of the guest choices are, imo, horrid. A good few would have benefited from a Mumsnet "help, outfit needed for spring wedding" thread!

Kate had creases on her skirt though - I guess that's because they just drove from London.

I saw a helicopter taking off from near the palace - were people joining them afterwards (it was too late to make the Church part of the wedding?) I was trying to work out who would be going by helicopter but not in the wedding ceremony. Of course it may be going elsewhere.

I like it, though a slightly lower neck could have been countenanced. And while she looks lovely, viques I see what you mean about Wallis Simpson. It's her expression in that one shot.

I think she and Kate look stunning. Gorgeous dress and outfit. I'd look a complete state in that hat, but I think looks great on DoC.

Agree with the pp who said the page boys' outfits are a bit OTT, with the gold pantaloon thingies, but I guess that's the whole point of page boy outfits - embarrassing pics for their 18th .

I love the dress, very classic perfect for a church wedding.
Too laughed at the mismatched guests some very funny outfits there. The only think I don't like is a lack of colour theme through the wedding party looks like the page boys are wearing sage greendbut thbottomthe bridesmaids have pink sashes and the was it the groom or best man with peach tie and pocket square.

Wonder if Charles and Camilla are going?

Meghan Markle didn't go the church after all then. I was looking forward to seeing her style .

The pantaloons looked less shiny and Liberace-like in another photograph. Slightly more beige.

I presumed the theme was pink?
