I thought Kate looked really frumpy.

LaLaLolly · 21/05/2017 08:12

This is my favourite picture. The face!

Pippa's dress!

I wonder too if Kate was a bit Envy that she wasn't able to have that sort of wedding.

I also think that Kate's dress was unflattering and aging and I don't like those fascinator/hat things that are neither here nor there.

megletthesecond · 21/05/2017 08:19

toffee you can get quite close to the tennis players at Wimbledon. Even the top players warm up on the tiddly outside courts so you can get a good look at them. Nice skin and all.

Hulababy · 21/05/2017 08:45

Lala - I thought hat one was a mock up picture taken from a range of others and then photoshopped together.

OneInAMillionYou · 21/05/2017 08:57

Meglett, I used to work for the ATP, which is how I met Roger, several times!
He only has eyes for Mirka, even tho most of the WTA players would snap him up in a heartbeat. He is incredibly popular and has a dorky sense of humour, poking fun at himself.

pilates · 21/05/2017 09:09

It was ok, I liked the top half of the dress but it seemed too much to have the same material for the bottom.

hollyisalovelyname · 21/05/2017 09:27

The dress was lovely but the neck was too high. I loved the back cutout - was it heart shaped ?
Sedona I agree re the blusher on Mrs. M and Kate. The make up artist was a bit heavy handed.
I loved Mrs. Middleton's outfit.
I agree with poster who said in one picture Pippa looked a bit like Wallis Simson.
Kate's dress was Wallis Simpsonesque.
The flower girl cummerbunds matched Kate's dress rather than the pageboys trousers.
I don't think ashy salmon pink is the best colour on Kate. She was beautifully dressed though.
Charlotte was sooo cute.
If I was the mother of the page boy giving the two fingers to the photographers I'd be mortified. And I'd kill him this morning 😀
Who was the girl with the long feather in her hat? She was stylish.
I don't get the Federer love. As another poster said '... he looks creepy'
The flowers outside the church were amazing.
Nice to see Meghan did not arrive to the church and upstage the wedding. Good PR.
I wish the bride and groom a long and happy marriage

Sparklingbrook

Me either. Wear a hat or don't wear one of it's not 'you'. IME people in fascinators just look awkward, like they've raided a dressing up box

hollyisalovelyname · 21/05/2017 09:36

LaLaLolly
Who is he?
I'd kill him if he was mine!!! Smile

eddiemairswife · 21/05/2017 09:43

Kate always seems to wear one of those hats perching at an angle. I don't like them at all. How do they stay on?

user1480459555 · 21/05/2017 09:57

I liked the dress but thought it would have been better with sleeves - her arms look awful to me.

I liked Kate's dress and thought she looked elegant. I also liked the childrens' outfits and thought they looked cute.

Unlike most of the posters, I thought Donna Air's looked awful. That baggy white thing she was wearing was horrible

MadameSzyszkoBohush · 21/05/2017 10:35

Yes agree that the Matthews mum looked lovely. Yes and both sets of parents look alike!

QueenoftheAndals · 21/05/2017 10:35

the blusher on Mrs. M and Kate. The make up artist was a bit heavy handed.

Doesn't Kate do her own makeup? I read somewhere that she always does, even for her wedding. She appears to have ditched the heavy liner under her eyes though, which is a good thing.

hollyisalovelyname · 21/05/2017 10:36

Queen
Their make up was very similarly coloured so I thought they had the same make up artist. I know she usually does it herself.

holly, I agree that Kate either overdid the fake tan or the bronzer. Her dress seemed to match her skin colour!

eddiemairswife · 21/05/2017 10:47

Can anyone hire Spitfires for their wedding?

rubybleu · 21/05/2017 10:49

I quite liked Pippa's dress. She is thin but has a slightly awkward shape, and the dress looked beautiful. The high neck really flattered her. Her waist is tiny!

Kate's dress was a dreadful colour on her, and didn't hang well. It probably looks great if she stands up straight, but terrible when stooping to deal with toddlers.

styledilemma · 21/05/2017 11:25

Am I imagining things or is the boy in pic 4 sticking his two fingers up at everybody! Shock

happyhebe · 21/05/2017 11:29

I wasn't bothered about the dress but the picture of the page boy sticking his fingers up at the photographers was classic.

styledilemma · 21/05/2017 11:33

Eugenie's dress is very flattering, would have been a bit more weddingy with a more delicate style of shoe - little bow trim or a lace look maybe

I thought she looked nice.
I've noticed that Americans seem like to wear darker colors to weddings. Possibly this is an influence?

AllPizzasGreatAndSmall · 21/05/2017 11:35

I don't get the attraction to Roger Federer confused I think he has a really creepy face!

Not just me then; I think his face looks sort of 'rubbery'.

Floisme · 21/05/2017 11:43

I don't think the colour does her any favours but I really like the shape of Kate's dress. It's got a 1940s/1970s Laura Ashley vibe, especially the sleeves.

styledilemma · 21/05/2017 11:45

Surely the page boy flicking the V is the prince? Maybe just looks identical in my untrained ( but unfortunately, as I have shown by commenting, must be interested) eyes?

I thought the same. but he looks too tall to be Prince George. He looks very much like how prince william looked as a child - Could it be one of Prince William's relative's sons? Confused
