CaveMum Thank you! Those are great pics Smile

emilybrontescorset · 21/05/2017 11:47

Pippa looked beautiful. Her dress was very elegant, so much nicer than a low cut strapless affair.
Her hair was gorgeous too.

dementedma · 21/05/2017 11:50

V pageboy is not Prince George.

hollyisalovelyname · 21/05/2017 11:52

Queen
Mrs. M also had that streak of reddy/ brown colour on her cheeks so I think there was a make up artist using her palette on both of them.

Too much time on my hands!!!!

PigletWasPoohsFriend · 21/05/2017 11:52

Surely the page boy flicking the V is the prince?

No it isn't.

saffronwblue · 21/05/2017 11:53

I thought Pippa looked beautiful and very happy. Kate looked a bit drab and tired and it seemed a. It unfair to leave her alone wrangling all those little kids.

hollyisalovelyname · 21/05/2017 11:53

That pageboy is definitely not Prince George!
He is older ( and wiser ??? telling the photographers to go away). Grin

WhatToDoAboutThis2017 · 21/05/2017 11:54

The boy flicking the V looks nothing like Prince George.

happyhebe · 21/05/2017 11:54

I thought the same. but he looks too tall to be Prince George. He looks very much like how prince william looked as a child - Could it be one of Prince William's relative's sons?

He's too old to be George - George is 4 isn't he? I think the boy flicking the fingers is between 7-9?

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 21/05/2017 11:56

There was another photo where you could see v boy more clearly.
It's not George.

WhatToDoAboutThis2017 · 21/05/2017 11:56

George is 4 isn't he?

I think George is 3 and Charlotte is 2. Either way, that rude little boy (if the picture isn't photoshopped) is not Prince George.

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 21/05/2017 11:57

I think Kate uses stronger makeup because it looks better from a distance and clearer on photos.

Aside from Charlotte and George Pippa had a further three page boys Casimir Tatos, Edward Sebire and William Ward and three more bridesmaids Countess Phillipa Hoyos, Lily French and Avia Horner.

I know this is a thread about the wedding dress, but I have just managed to find a photo of the MOG, and I think she looks very stylish, and makes Mrs Middleton look frumpy, although I'm sure she looked lovely in the flesh.

CaveMum · 21/05/2017 12:35

@eddiemairswife anyone can make an official request for a fly past by the BBMF or Red Arrows, they're usually quite accommodating if your venue is on the way to somewhere they are already flying to - they just make a small detour.

There are a number of Spitfires in private ownership so I guess in theory you could contact one of those owners.

CaveMum · 21/05/2017 12:36

George will be 4 in July - he starts school in September. I remember him being born as I was pregnant with my DD st the time and got a tad emotional Blush

Nofunkingworriesmate · 21/05/2017 13:01

Boring and the shape is same as her sister Kate's
Bridesmaids dresses same as Kate's
Some ugly guess dresses too

Underbeneathsies · 21/05/2017 13:33

Pippa looked happy as did her groom, and I think her dress suited her.
Loved her hair and make up. Arms a bit too defined.
She looks surprisingly like Harry's new bird.

Kate looks like her tits have deflated and the material was flapping. Colour was too neutral for her but I suppose she didn't stand out like a beacon. He blusher was a bit aunt sally, coconut shy. As was Carole's.

I wonder where was William when it seemed like Kate was already stressed getting pippa's dress and veil in order- surely he should have stepped up and parented his kids when Kate was bridsemaiding / matron on honouring her sister. He seems very self centred to me/ unaware and lets the minions look after things.

I think they'll have words actually- I know I would have if I was bridesmaiding my only sister and my DH was farting round with guests having a jolly time when the kids needed looking after/ supervising.

Pippa and James =8/10 well turned out, subtle make up and happy (did she have her teeth done, they look different)

Kate = 6/10 dress too baggy at the boobs and 50s style a bit LandGirl crossed with Mitford sister

William = 1/10 step up william and parent! Wakey wakey.

He was inside the church. He went part of the wedding party.

You could easily say where was Pippas mum or the parents of the other page boys and flower girls.

It was her sisters wedding and she wanted to help as most sisters would!

From a few released photos over a few minutes of time you have decided he wasn't.

eddiemairswife · 21/05/2017 13:48

Well, the nanny was there and I bet she took over when they were all inside out of public view.

Hulababy · 21/05/2017 13:48

I got the impression that Kate was taking the part of the bride's main attendant re straightening the veil and watching the little bridesmaids/pages. Isn't that the normal job of a chief bridesmaid? Looked like Pippa didn't have one as such hence her sister taking not that role.

So, tbh the same could be said for any other parent of those little attendants, not just William, if you think she shouldn't have been the only one involved.

How do you know if at the party later William wasn't on the dancefloor chasing round his son and daughter watching them then, until the time came for them to head off home to bed with their nanny?
