I can't find one on my pesky phone!

I'm happy to start one here if there isn't one running.

Ordered Footner last week but haven't been brave enough to use it yet - it says up to 10 days of shedding skin - yuck!

Leg wax tomorrow. Barely there fake tan on Thursday.

This is most unlike me. I think DH thinks I'm having an affair!

Grin walking

I've used footner a couple of times and YY, my advice would be, plan to wear socks for about a week after they start peeling! It didn't make my feet all that soft sadly, despite dramatic peelage, but I think that's because my feet were very dry and hard to begin with. Other people seem to get baby soft feet with it.

I am feeling a bit fed up this morning and had a far too big breakfast as a result (eating my grumpiness Grin). I've logged it all on mfp though and will just adjust everything else throughout the day to make up for it. I haven't had any alcohol since my meal out last week. I'd love to say I feel more rested for it but I actually feel tired. Oh well! I shall persevere, in pursuit of glowy skin, better sleep and fewer calories.

I'm half considering going on a lowish carb diet, but I am trying not to eat meat or dairy ATM, so suspect that would be hard!

Was having a bad day today - DD kept me up until 1:40am last night. So hungry and grouchy today, I so understand eating the grumpiness, rock!

But this afternoon my beauty box arrived and I have a new nail polish, razor, face toner, shower scrub and blusher brush. That has cheered me up and I have done my face up whilst DD napped this afternoon. I feel much fresher now.

Hi all!

Sorry, I've been really slack lately.

little I hope your DD has been letting you get some sleep! 1:40am is a crap time to be up, unless you're at a party!

My DD has been getting up early which isn't great but thankfully does go down to sleep at night pretty well. Mainly because she is a nap refuser and runs about all bloody day long. I don't know where she gets the activeness from - definitely not me!

So, my diet has been hmmmm so/so; it definitely hasn't been great, but not terrible either. I was alcohol free for a week till yesterday when I had some red wine with DH after DD went to bed. It's felt like a really long week. Toddler problems. She's very emotional ATM, which is making me emotional too 😭.

Anyway, focussing on positives, I've done a fair amount of exercise. I did the 30 day shred DVD four times plus a 40 minute yoga practice over the past week. I've started using body lotion a lot more regularly. Such a small thing, but it's made a massive difference to my arms and chest which were quite dry. I've booked myself in for a leg, lip and chin wax. When I'm there I think I'll rebook and make it a regular appointment. I'm considering fake tan too. I have some lurking in my cupboard. Will maybe give it a go tonight. Hair is pretty ok now. I'm trying hard not to shampoo - sometimes it works brilliantly and other times I just need to shampoo it. I'm doing it a maximum of twice a week though, which is better than usual.

Hope everyone is well and having a nice weekend Smile.

I had chocolate cake for 'second breakfast' at half nine this morning. Blush (been up since 5)

Princessing efforts will resume tomorrow.

Rockaby · 21/05/2017 20:16

Ah fair enough little! Cake and Wine for you. Hope you get a later start tomorrow.

I haven't been terribly princessy today either tbh. We did go for a nice walk though, which I guess can count as my exercise for the day? I haven't overeaten today, although I can't claim to have been particularly 'good' with my diet.

Anyway, plan for this week is to have no booze, plenty of water, early nights and possibly some fake tan. I'm also going to get some new make up I think and do bikini line. Exciting stuff Grin.

A nice walk definitely counts as exercise!

That sounds like a good plan for the week. I've had an indulgent weekend but I have still maintained my weight from last week. Going to be more disciplined from tomorrow, and try and get a proper bath night at some point.

Rockaby · 22/05/2017 10:12

Thanks little. I'm going to try and do a workout DVD / yoga later.

I had a funny moment earlier this morning - I filed my feet for the first time in a while and wore out the batteries in my express pedi 😂 Blush. I found some heel balm in my cupboard, so have slathered that on. I'm off to buy more batteries today Blush.

Princessing has taken a back seat, as I've just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant! It's a bit of a surprise, but explains a few things - weird mood and mystery weight gain, which I had before I found out I was pregnant with DD. I'm very happy about it, but a bit surprised. I've had a few glasses of wine over the past month which is a bit worrying, but, thankfully, mainly haven't been drinking.

Plan for the week is to continue with workout dvds and healthy eating. Obviously, I don't expect to lose much weight now, but will continue to be careful with what I eat.

Filing feet this morning and I haven't shampooed in a while and my hair looks better for it. I might move my leg wax forward - I'd booked it so that I didn't have it round TOTM, which should have been this week and is meant to be more painful.

Oh wow! Congratulations! That's really exciting. Hope you are feeling OK.

One more reason to pamper and look after yourself!

Rockaby · 25/05/2017 20:28

Thanks little Smile. I feel totally normal Confused. I suppose it's very early days.
