Quick vote: silver converse, yay or nay?

Have been eyeing these silver converse for a while, and now they're slightly reduced.

Am I too old for them? (I'm 42). Or are they a bit naff whatever your age? Or shall I buy them? Help me decide, please!

Office has a good sale on at the mo. I saw some metallic converse on there. I picked up some leather 'snakeskin' converse for £35. Bargainous.

Wearing them this afternoon in fact to meet some friends in a pub garden.

Also try out the rocket dog website, they've got some great converse-like shoes at half price and in great patterns/colours incl silver at the moment.

Haven't sent my Superga back yet and now toying with keeping them for pub visits etc.

I bought my silver converse last summer and LOVE them! Also bought silver skate shoes
