I'm on the train, but didn't bring any lunch apart from a sad, bruised apple that I found at the bottom of my bag. I don't get to London until 3.30, by which time I will probably be chewing on my boots. They are already looking quite tasty.
Sorry I haven't managed to keep up with the thread for the last while. I appear to have a bit too much stuff going on and have also had to go all Tiger Mother on ds, as he has become a YouTube vegetable.
Dd has now been sensible for 17 days straight. This is the longest period of being sensible since September 2014.

DP in filthy mood because DD2 being dippy with travelling today. I fail to see quite why I have to cop it. Ditto with the fact he is cooking lunch - DD1 (who is revising) and I would be quite happy to sort ourselves out. I am actually working. Perhaps I should have gone to the BL after all.

Can you send me some too? Same situation as Stropps, but a large bag of McCoy's found its way into my bag. Crisps and water for lunch! Train arrives 245 ish, so will have a quick whizz to shops and see you at 5pm. Although if anyone is getting there earlier, let me know

Herbs, even dd has her webcam taped over. Tis because of "hackers and weirdos". I mainly use my desktop or phone, so don't have this issue.
BTM, you will note that I didn't say anything beyond stating the number of sensible days. 😁 I long ago learnt to take things a day at a time. I'll know she's turned a corner when she's managed a substantial amount of time with no crisis of her own making. Until then, I don't dare to hope. A crisis-free day is a good day.

I may need to go and collect DD2 but am currently having my toes done.

Thanks for asking, Rose. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it tonight as I feel too rubbish - rasping throat, sore eyes, cold, temperature etc. I'm going to stay in the sanatorium and wait for the drugs trolley to come round. Have a D and S for me and I will see you -all next time.

OK laydeez. MrsS and I together with MrsS's DDs and hopefully my DS2 (altho he doesn't know it yet) are going for an afternoon/evening of silliness and good cheer at the Xmas show, hopefully with late lunch beforehand and plenty of drinks before, during and after the show Would anyone else in need of light hearted silliness to lift the mood and warm the heart, please PM me asap as the tickets are going like hot cakes, and I'll have to reserve them early next week...similarly, with a table reservation for eats.

Sunday 18th Dec 5.30pm show with the option of late lunch beforehand for those who want it. In my neck of the woods and near the tube station.
