Can you guess ...

How old am I?
OP posts:
ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 08/11/2016 15:12

Then you have to act surprised when they tell you their age even though you thought that all along.

QuimReaper · 08/11/2016 15:12

Mardy Grin

It was someone who posted a picture of a girl on a donkey and said it was her daughter and did she have "love handles".

Another poster ran the image through Google and found it posted on all sorts of message boards under different guises. So intriguing.

whattodowiththepoo · 08/11/2016 15:12

Now I need to know

BabyGanoush · 08/11/2016 15:13

I think it is so BAD of people to post this kind of OP....

because, how do we know the OP has posted a picture of herself, and not of her mum/a friend/the enemy?!

FWIW, the lady in the pic looks late 50s/early60s

ILoveAGoodBrusselSprout · 08/11/2016 15:13

Mid to late 50s, looking good for it

ShowMeTheElf · 08/11/2016 15:13

Based on your name, 92, but based on the photo you are looking fabulous!

Mitzimaybe · 08/11/2016 15:13

"I don't think MN should allow this. There's nothing to say the poster is the person in the photograph. It could be a shaming exercise."

This.

IamaLadyeee · 08/11/2016 15:14

going to say mid 50s, but looking good

QuimReaper · 08/11/2016 15:14

ILost I have never had anyone do this in real life! I assume people do it online in order to avoid putting people on the spot?

MardyGrave · 08/11/2016 15:14

I think if someone is asking on an anonymous forum then they want peoples honest first impression, rather than asking a friend infront of you. What's the point of trying to flatter or wipe some years off your actual impression?

ohtheholidays · 08/11/2016 15:14

Late 50's to early 60's.

QuimReaper · 08/11/2016 15:15

ToastDemon · 08/11/2016 15:15

Clearly I can't tell people's ages at all. I would have said early 40s.

iloveberries · 08/11/2016 15:15

OP - how old is the lady in the pic? I think mid 50s

BakeOffBiscuits · 08/11/2016 15:15

47

JustHereIGuess · 08/11/2016 15:16

The lady in the picture doesn't look in her 40s... I'd say she's 62-63

atticusclaw2 · 08/11/2016 15:16

Mid to late 50s. Looking well though.

NerrSnerr · 08/11/2016 15:16

I think you're as old as your tongue and sixth months older than your teeth.

Goingtobeawesome · 08/11/2016 15:16

35

BakeOffBiscuits · 08/11/2016 15:17
Confused

How can she be 60?

Shes got no wrinkles or sagging. I think people are just being meanShock

polyhymnia · 08/11/2016 15:17

60s.

ItShouldHaveBeenJess · 08/11/2016 15:17

ILostIt. Does that mean when people say that I look young for my age, they're actually lying? Sad. Bastards. I also lost it in the early nineties which might explain a little as to why I look the way today.....loved it when my bathroom light broke and I had to use candles.

twocockersarebetterthanone · 08/11/2016 15:17

64

BreconBeBuggered · 08/11/2016 15:17

Hate being asked this, but shamelessly posting to know if my private guess of older than me, but younger than a friend, is correct.

QueenLizIII · 08/11/2016 15:18

No idea but you look great.
