I really like the strapless one but agree that you should try a size up. Strapless is best just slightly loose around the top imo.

I already own the strapless dress, it looks like I have "piled on the pounds" over the summer.

I just find this whole thing so stressful at least when it's my own wedding it will be easier?!?

Before I went wedding dress shopping I got a universal contour wrap. Best thing ever. I could do with one a week now though!!

I think straps would look better on you than strapless, it makes your body look longer and you wouldn't have the problem with it having to fit closely to stay up, but then being unflattering at the back.
