Fingers crossed, Kanye. The jumpsuit is definitely on the roomy side, so you should be OK. I tried mine on again this afternoon (with accessories - silver sandals and a necklace) and wafted about in front of a mirror like an extra from Abigail's Party. Grin

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 27/06/2016 20:42

I still haven't seen it. Left in disgust after size 12 trews were too tight!

Polkadot1974 · 27/06/2016 21:55

Could someone tell me if the Uniqlo Cardigan jacket and jersey jackets are the same thing? Link would be good as I make myself s shopping list for pay day! Hurrah!

taybert · 27/06/2016 21:59

This is the one I've been going on about, the jersey jacket looks a bit smarter and is lined but is a good price in the sale.

Polkadot1974 · 27/06/2016 22:07

Taybert- thank you but can't see a link- am I being dim?

AmberNectarine · 27/06/2016 22:08

Picked up this top today. Will polarise opinion, I'm sure Wink

Redcrayons · 27/06/2016 22:17

Amber - I'm in the 'well if you like it' wtf camp. But then I'm not into the whole cold shoulder/ Bardot thing at the moment.

I'm quite interests in the cardi jackets. I need something smartish for work and I'm always cold.

taybert · 27/06/2016 22:22

Oooops, no, me being dim, apologies here

taybert · 27/06/2016 22:23

So, I was looking for some plain black leather high block heels for work. Erm

Nearlyadoctor · 27/06/2016 22:25

Amber, I'm sorry but reminds me of a toddler trying to dress themselves for the first time.

taybert · 27/06/2016 22:26

Ah yes, I regularly have to sort out a 3 year old who looks like that!

CointreauVersial · 27/06/2016 22:35

Sorry, Amber, you're on your own with that one. Having said that, I do have a total dislike of anything asymmetric, one shouldered, side bunned, dippy hemmed etc. etc.

taybert · 27/06/2016 22:38

I read that as "side bummed" Blush Thought I was going to have to google.....

Freshprincess · 27/06/2016 22:44

taybert - they look exactly like sensible work shoes. Wink
Thanks for the link to Uniqlo. What's the sizing like? I'm 12 in most places.

taybert · 27/06/2016 22:46

I'm a 10 and I've got small so maybe medium but they are stretchy and have a bit of room so could be small. That's not helpful, sorry.

KanyesVest · 27/06/2016 22:46

Very nice heels, taybert. I could have done with the mink ones last week...

CointreauVersial · 27/06/2016 22:55

No no, I mean those sideways hairdos - plaits down one shoulder, buns over one ear, yuck yuck.

I'm not crazy about side partings, tbh...Grin

Hopefully · 28/06/2016 04:54

Cointreau I have quite an asymmetric face after breaking my nose (twice) and my jaw. Can I still stay? Grin

Those uniqlo jackets look useful for those who need to look civilised on a daily basis.

I really need to sort out my wardrobe before I buy more clothes - have had so few clothes for so long (three lots of pregnancy/BF/inevitable weight gain and loss over the past 8 years) that I've rather minimised my wardrobe space and now it's looking ridiculously full!

JackandDiane · 28/06/2016 06:42

I like it Amber. But sheesh summer clothes everyone? What's the point

OP posts:
AmberNectarine · 28/06/2016 08:26

Some of us are going on three hot holidays this summer , also I live in London, it's warmer here.

I thought it might be marmite, but I like it. 'Toddler trying to dress itself 'fits quite well into my look overall.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 28/06/2016 08:41

I quite like the shape of that, Amber, but not the paleness - pale blue reminds me of hospital gowns. I'd like it in black (Remus' usual cry). Think you'd need to be very waif-like as well, to get away with it (ie you'll probably be fine, but I wouldn't!).

Hopefully · 28/06/2016 09:26

I am currently trying to put together more of a 'wet weekend camping in Cornwall' sort of holiday wardrobe.

Nearlyadoctor · 28/06/2016 10:44

hopefully 20% off Hush till Thursday using code Smile

taybert · 28/06/2016 11:27

It's not the shape so much, it's that collar bit that I think makes it look like it's been put on wrong. I wouldn't be brave enough to wear it, that's all!

Hopefully · 28/06/2016 12:32

Ooh nearly that probably means sale time is round the corner! Will either cave and buy it at 20% or hold firm till sale...
