Best bet is peel down the length of a cucumber with a veg peeler and use that. :)

Love Hendricks but not a fan of cucumber in drinks, not even Pimm's.

I prefer bitter and sour tastes so I leave out the cucumber in my Hendricks G&T or have a slice of lemon

We had a lovely walk today in a bluebell wood. Ootd was skinnies and flamingo sweat and merrells. I seem to remember having this style dilemma last spring/summer about footwear....my keds aren't really sturdy enough for muddy walks and difficult to clean because of the nature of the cracked leather. I may just bite the bullet and buy some vaguely on trend trainers to wear on such walks instead of the merrells.

Meant to sing the virtues of Charles Worthington's root cover up powder for anyone like me who suffers with pesky grey hair between colours. I get a real line of grey after a couple of weeks. Used this last night, it's a powder you just brush on. Brilliant. I had bought a spray root touch up but was too scared to use it in case I sprayed it on my clothes or made a mess.
Am also getting on well with the Phillips Lumea. Underarm hair pretty much disappeared after 2 treatments, legs and bikini line taking longer but the effects so far are impressive.

Queen I walked through some boggy grass today and my NB trainers were soaked along with my socks too. In fact I would have loved a pair of Merrells, dh was wearing some and had dry feet.

I love a couple of juniper berries & a slice of lime in my gin. Juniper makes even ordinary cheap gin taste so much more luxurious.

Am impatiently working from home waiting for my nap delivery. Should've booked the premier service like Marsha does but am really tight about paying for shipping.

Ootd is new equipment botanical print jumper (first outing) with light blue ts jamies. When I go out will wear either stans or tan Marant cluster boots depending on the temp but it seems quite cold. Don't know how all you ankle barers do it!
