So I have a family wedding in April (6 weeks eeeek) that I want to look good for as I'll be seeing a lot of people I haven't seen in a while.

I plan to do the following as much as possible!
Stop all takeaways after tonight
Reduce caffeine
Drink more water
Use teatree face mask to get rid off blemishes/scarring
Use nail/cuticle cream
Use eyelash enhancer such as taliko
Exfoliate and moisturise body
Apply oil to scalp/hair
Shred for beginners DVD
Take at least 5k steps a day

Any suggestions welcome! No need to spend money as I'm sure many of us have lots of beauty products lying around.

Gosh that's terrible jemima, so sorry to hear that. Tragic circumstances as well. Hope you are doing ok.

You have made great progress! Well done you. 1.5 stone and 7 fruit and veg is amazing!

I've recently started 5:2 diet and lost about 4/5lb in total. I started at 10 stone and want to get back down to my more natural / normal weight of 8.5 stone. I'll be pleased when I get under 9.5 initially though, that's my first aim!

Been doing a bit better with looking after my skin. Had two sessions of cupping which act as a detox and been taking supplements more regularly as well.

Exercise front is where I am struggling the most. Feeling quite exhausted at the moment and trying to focus on routine with good sleep.

Sorry for your loss Jemima, even more impressive that you have maintained your success in the circumstances.

Good work on the weightloss Cheeky.

Thank you. It has been a very difficult few weeks but I think routines help with coping.

Bought a new dress today for this week's funeral. Depressingly it is a size 16 (I am usually a 12/14 but I couldn't fit my boobs in a smaller size!). It looks good though, and nobody need know its a 16. Glamorous SIL is coming up from London for the funeral and I don't want to look like a frump next to her!

Well within my MFP cals today, with 10 portions of fruit and veg. Drank lots of water, tried a Jamie Oliver recipe for adding mint leaves, lemon and cucumber slices to my water bottle for a change. Did over 10k steps.

Am currently in the bath with a face mask on. Have shaved my legs and exfoliated, will moisturise afterwards. Going to file my nails and do my cuticles tonight but will leave painting them until tomorrow night as I am going swimming in the morning.

Have meal planned the whole week apart from the day of the funeral as that involves 4hrs on the road as well as the funeral tea so is tricky to plan. Have diarised exercise sessions for the week. Next I'm going to plan my outfits for work and hang them together.

Hope you all have a good week.

How are we all doing? I weighed myself the other day, that was a shock! Put on a bit of weight, need to burn it off!

Have done some of the other items though (dental/hair/ordered new glasses) so just need to crack on with the exercise!
